本文用改进的单纯形优化法研究了邻菲啰啉-H_2O_2-CTMAB-Cu(Ⅱ)化学发光体系的最佳反应条件,较为详细地研究了该化学发光反应的机理,较为合理地解释了表面活性剂在该体系中的作用。同时选择适当的掩蔽剂,大大提高了反应的选择性。据此拟定了新的化学发光测定痕量铜的方法,经试用于天然水的分析获得较为满意的结果。本法的检测限达0.09ppb,水样测试的精密度良好,回收率91.4-108.0%,与石墨炉原子吸收法测定的结果甚为一致。

Sodium 8-aminoquinolinc-5-azo-p-phenylsul- fonate (AQAPS) has been synthesized. The product was checked by elemental analysis. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~40 g/50 ml. The method has been applied to the determination of Pd (Ⅱ) in catalyst, second anode mud and alloy.The dissociation constant of AQAPS was determined with spectrophotometric method, pK_((?)8) is found to be 3.64±0.03(20℃±0.5).

A new method has been developed for the determination of trace Cu based on the fluoro metric quenching effect of α、β、γ、δ-tetra-(4-pyridyl) porphyrin (TPyrP) by the formation of Cu (Ⅱ)-TPyrP complex. The fluorometric wavelength of TPyrP is at 658nm. The detection limit is 0.4 ppb. Most of other metal ions do not interfere with the determination of Cu (Ⅱ). 本文利用Cu(Ⅱ)对α、β、Υ、δ-四-(4-吡啶)卟啉(TPyrP)的荧光熄灭作用,提出测定痕量铜的荧光光度法。在强酸性介质中,TPyrP的荧光峰为658nm,检测下限为0.4ppb,大量共存离子不影响Cu(Ⅱ)的测定。本法灵敏度高,选择性好,可用于直接测定纯铝中的铜。
