运用离散最优化的理论和方法优选了有杆泵抽油井的抽汲参数,包括:冲程、冲次、泵径和下泵深度。在优化设计中,将下泵深度作为一个变量,使计算更加精确。分别建立了以检泵初期产量、综合技术指标和经济收益为目标函数的三种数学模型,并且编制了有杆泵抽油井优选抽汲参数的软件。此软件有助于充分挖掘油井潜力和对油井进行科学化管理。文中对优选实例进行了分析和讨论。

Concrete rigs used for fixing oil-wells may be partially fractured under the action of the cumulative flow induced by perforative bullet during the oil-well operation. The dynamic behaviors of some modified concrete rock by the SHPB are studied in this paper to decrease the fracture of the concrete ring and to improve the hermetical cementing behaviors at the interface. The tubing-casing annular space producing oil become possible because of the crude forming multi-phase flow under pump and the pressure of bottom hole being enough high. This made the mechanical recovery well having a misleading appearance of higher producing fluid level (PFL). Although using gas lift producing oil in tubing-casing annular space is a method of enhanced recovery, which enhanced crude oil degasification in formation and production in practice. It is not profit to oil well operation and safety producing. So, it should be done with the tubing-casing annular space only degassing, not producing.

胜利埕岛油田部分机械采油井存在油套环空出油现象。文中对油套环空出油机采井采油机理进行了深入分析,认为机采井油套环空出油主要是因“油套环空气举”引起的。原油在泵底形成气液多相流,加上井底压力足够高,使油套环空出油成为可能。这种现象使机采井存在“动液面偏高假象”等问题。虽然由于气举造成油套环空出油是利用气体能量进行强采的一种方法,但实际上会加剧油层内原油脱气,加重地层出砂,而且还会对油井作业及安全产生不利影响,所以在实际生产中要尽可能做到油套环空只放气、不采油。
