在新疆番茄斑驳病株上分离出一种球状病毒,回接到番茄上产生斑驳症状。病毒粒体为20面体,平均直径25nm。经汁液摩擦接种可感染昆诺阿藜、苋色藜、蚕豆、番茄等18种植物,不感染菜豆、豇豆、豌豆、六叶茄、黄瓜等。可由桃蚜传毒。在琼脂双扩散试验中,能与蚕豆萎蔫病毒(BBWV)抗血清产生明显的沉淀线,与豇豆花叶病毒(CpMV)、黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)抗血清均不发生反应。纯化病毒紫外扫描呈典型的核蛋白吸收叫线,病毒衣壳蛋白由两种蛋白亚基构成,其分子量分别为45900和20400道尔顿,由18种氨基酸约255个氨基酸残基组成。病毒核酸是双组份的,它们的分子量为1320000和2340000道尔顿。根据上述结果认为该病毒是蚕豆萎蔫病毒侵染番茄的一个株系。

对新疆番茄281份样本进行病毒种类鉴定,结果表明,100%的样本感染了烟草花叶病毒(TMV)。对其中52个具有代表性的TMV分离物,按照番茄抗TMV的基因类型划分为0株系、1株系、1-2株系、1株系+2 ̄a株系、2株系+2 ̄a株系和1-2株系+2 ̄a株系6种类型,其感染率分别为1.9%、61.5%、1.9%、26.9%、1.9%和5.8%,表明危害新疆番茄的TMV存在着株系分化现象,并已出现了强株系。

Two kinds of strains isolated from canker samples of processing tomato in Xinjiang is divided into White strain and Yellow strain.Both of them have no difference by their morphological characteristics,staining reaction,culturing pattern, physiological and biochemical properties,serological test and polyacrylamide gel electrophorsis of protein.The White strain is stronger than the Yellow strain at pathogenicity.This result is reported firstly in China.

1994~1995年在新疆加工番茄上分离溃疡病标样中,获致病菌株2种,分白色菌株和黄色菌株,经菌体形态学、生理生化特性、致病性测定、病原细菌血清学研究及SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳的细菌全细胞蛋白质图谱等方面的系统研究,两种菌株无明显差异,在致病力上白色菌株强于黄色菌株,两者都归于密执安棒形杆菌密执安工种。此白色菌株的发现在国内属首次报道。
