Independent yields of 82Br, 132I, 136Cs, 140La and the cumulative yields of 95Zr, 97Zr, 99Mo, 131I, 134I, 135I, 138Cs, 142La in the fission of 238U induced by neutrons of 14.7 MeV were determined by radiochemical methods. The correlation of independent yields with a Gaussian curve of charge distribution was investigated using various mass formulae, neutron emission functions and charge distribution hypotheses. The results seem to indicate that both the hypothesis of minimum potential energy with a non-shell-effected mass equation and the hypothesis of equal charge displacement with a shell-effected equation gave almost equal best fits to the data. The Gaussian curve of the charge distribution and AZ, the deviation of the experimental value of the most probable charge from the constant charge density obtained in our experiments were found to be in agreement with those in the fission of 235U induced by thermal neutrons.

The damages of concentrations of interface states can reach one to two orders of magnitude. Under constant charge dosages, the damages of flat-band voltages are independent of the variations of the eleetron energies in certain energy ranges; and under constant electron energies, the damages of concentrations of interface states are independent of the variations of charge dosage in certain dosage ranges. The annealing can eliminate the damages of the flat-band voltages, but can not eliminate completely the damages of the concentrations of the interface states.

This paper introduces a voltage-controlled oscillator which is based on the principle of constant charge and discharge current. The output with good linearity among a wide frequency range is obtained without using any special linearization method. A practical circuit is also given.

本文介绍一种基于恒流充放电原理的压控振荡器,它不必采用专门的线性化措施,就可得到频率范围宽、线性度好的输出。文中还给出了实用电路。
