Rabbit cars were chosen for its easy observation and clarity in results. 8 ears were detached from the base with only the bilateral marginal veins and the center nerve retained. Both central vein and artery were cut. During replantation, the distal end of the central vein was anastomosed to the proximal end of the artery by E. I.E.anastomotic method,while in controls both vessels were ligated. All of the ears with arterialized venous system survived and six controls are all necrosed. prof. Nichter had successfully replanted the rabbit ear without drainage (vein) by using the distal artery anastomosed to the broximal vein.Although the animal selected and the material used in these two experiments were the same, opposite system was used in this study. The authors used the venous system by arterializing it and Nichter used the arterial system by draining it. These tow experiments had proved the same hypothesis that one tissue without an arterial system (or venous system) may survive by arterializing a portion of the venous system(or draining a portion of the blood in the arterial system) that acted as artery while the rest keeping its own function, so the tissue now acted as of tow systems. Blood hence circutated in a different way from ordinary. Therefore the authors suggest that a new stand point of view should be added to the present theory of blood circulation.

Two experimental types of venousflaps were designed in rabbit ears,the simple venous flap and the arte-rialized venous flap.The results sho-wed that the arterialized venous flapsurvived well,while the simple veno-us flap showed a sign of ischemiaowing to its poor blood supply.Clinical application in 9 cases ofvenous flap transposition(4 venousisland flaps,3 arterialized venousflaps and 2 simple venous flaps)sho-wed a similar result to the animalexperiment.

The result that all the non-vessele flap was necrosed completely in the 8th day and all the experimental flaps survived in the end certificated that the arterialized superficial epigastric vein in diameter of 0. 56±0. 07 mm could supply the flap in area of 14. 0cm×5. 5cm,the flap appears very vital as if the abdominal wall has less micro-vessle networks and anastomotic stoma is infected and affermation or denial of survival of flaps is better to be verificated in 10 days from operation.

为了实验研究单干型动脉化静脉皮瓣存活面积,选用家兔9只,将腹壁浅静脉端─端吻合于同名动脉,于腹壁制作不同面积原位再植皮瓣,以传统皮瓣与无血供皮瓣作对照组,术后观察4周内皮瓣外观。结果无血供组于第8d完全坏死,实验组最终全部成活,实验证明外径为0.56±0.07mm的动脉化腹壁浅静脉能营养14.0cm×5.5cm的皮瓣;既使受区为微血管网较少的腹壁或皮瓣吻合口感染,仍显示该种皮瓣之活力;皮瓣成活与否,于术后第10d确定为宜。
