With the aim of improving teachers' professional position and speeding their change from traditional ones to professional ones,foreign countries carried out several teacher education programs to improve teachers' reflective ability.The representative ones are the structural program developing teachers' professional reflective skills, the intellectual development program cultivating the ability of problem solving and case analyzing, and the field training program focuses on action experience and reflection. These programs are set on the solid basis of theory and contain high practical value. The article tries to provide suggestions for preservice teacher education reform in China through the introduction and analysis toward these programs.
