There are rich mineral resources in China sector along the Land Bridge, in which the measured reserves of 64 minerals account for a leading position in the country. Those, including coal, salt, gypsum, nickel, molybdenum, fireclay and glass raw materials, hace an important economic significant in the country due to a great development potential and bright marketing future. The completion of new Land bridge offers a good opportunity for the developments of minerals and economy along the bridge. The regional distribution of mining industry along the bridge fall into four economic region blocks in terms of their resources and economic development. In order to turn mineral's superiority into economic superiority soon, the economic development of crudetype must be changed into intensive-type. The strategic distribution for the development of energy and mineral industries has been suggested as first mission based on the mining industry's status, masket demand and measured resources along the bridge. For the problems such as production depression of most of mining mines and lack of reserve mineral bases and some resources, six conceptions to strengthen the base postion of mining industry and set up a completion system from exploration, mining, separation, smelting, deep processing to comprehensive utilization are provided.

我国大陆桥沿线矿产资源丰富,有64种矿产的保有储量在全国名列第一,其中煤、钠盐、石膏、镍、铝土矿、钼、耐火粘土和玻璃硅质原料等主要矿产在全国具有举足轻重的地位,发展潜力大,开发前景好。新亚欧大陆桥的贯通,给我国沿桥地区矿产资源开发和经济发展提供了契机。应把握机遇,尽快将矿产资源优势转化为经济优势,实现经济增长方式由粗放型向集约型转变。根据沿桥矿业现状、市场需求和资源保证程度,应重点发展能源等矿业。针对目前大多数矿山不景气、缺乏后备基地和资源紧缺等问题,提出了重视矿业基础地位、坚持流通促开发、重视矿业“一条龙”建设等对策。

从完井系统工程角度提出了完井优化的总体设计思路。以追求油井高产为目的,分别从井类型(含水平井及垂直井)、油(套)管尺寸、完井方式及完井参数等四个方面初步论述了油井完井优化的影响因素和基本方法。文中给出了两个计算实例。
