1983年以来,干草小多孢菌(Micropolyspora、faeni)抗原与敦煌、金塔、武威、民勤等四县的马类动物气喘病病畜血清作琼脂扩散试验。受检牲畜246头(匹),阳性检出率为52.03%。血清琼脂扩散试验情况各县牲畜反应有所不同。在琼脂扩散平板上出现1—4条沉淀线。并由病马肺和健康驴肺中分离出的干草小多孢菌与9984所制抗原对24例气喘病病畜血清琼脂扩散试验,其阳性检出率为41.67—66.67%。试验证明,干草小多孢菌为马类动物气喘病的主要病因之一。

The peak number of those cells was delayed 72nd hour, of PMN at 72nd hour was almost the same as that at 48th hour in normal mice (P>0.05), of PAM was significantly decreased (P<0.05) and of lymphocytes was significantly increased (P<0.05). The result suggested that there was a close relationship between antigen or inflammatory substance, and inflammatory and immunocompetent cells.

目的探讨兔胆色素结石(PS)中是否含有抗原、特异性抗体及PS成因间的关系。方法选用家兔20只,随机分成两组(10×2),做胆石模型,胆道注人125I标记的灭活E.coli为实验组,而注人等量未标记的灭活E.coli为对照组,计算成石率,对实验组胆汁、胆石进行40秒γ计数,胆石切片作抗3360E.coli特异IgG荧光抗体染色,测定光强度。结果兔PS中有Ag及特异性IgG存在。结论PS中的Ag及特异性IgG可以形成免疫复合物(IC),而IC可能是PS的雏形,Ag-Ab亲和力可能是兔PS形成的力学机制之一。
