This paper deals with the application of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to comprehensive performance evaluation of the air defence missile weapon system on the basis of a qualitative/ quantitative analysis model. A comprehensive performance evalution of some foreign short-range low-altitude air defense missile weapon systems is also presented. This approach seems to be useful in scientific decision-making for science and research departments.

A mixed air defense group consisting of air defense missile weapon systems and integrated anti-aircraft gun systems, as our primary means for a rather long coming duration, is capable to make full use of long range, highly accurate fires of guided missiles and rupid, high volume fires and low cost of anti-aircraft guns. This article intends to establish a physical model and a mathematical model of the two-stage combined random service system M / M / m-M / M / n based on the random service theory, and estimate the firing effectiveness and the cost for a mixed air defense group, thus providing a basic consideration for the design and the deployment of ship-board air defense weapons and hybrid air defense weapons (AD missiles and AA guns).

本文试图利用随机服务理论中的M/M/m——M/M/n二级综合随机服务系统估算由防空导弹、高炮组成的混合防空群的射击效能和费用,为配置和设计舰载防空武器及“弹炮结合”的防空武器提供一个基本思路。

This paper discusses the methods to establish a paremeter-cost model by usingneural network theory , gives caracteristic paremeters and development costs of several types of air-defense missile weapon systems, and compares the results obtained from neural network with that from linear regression .The comparing results show that neural network method is moreaccurate than linear regression method .

讨论了采用用神经网络理论来建立参数-费用模型的方法,给出了几种地空导弹武器系统的特征参数与研制费用,对神经网络法与线性回归法所得的结果进行了比较。比较结果表明,神经网络法比线性回归法精确。
