具有悠久历史、经济有效的木材水运,正面临着产量下降、生产萎缩的严重局面,木材水运事业能否存在和发展,将取决于降低木材流送损失和选择经济合理的过坝方式。本文总结国内部分木材过坝设施的使用情况,从基建投资、过坝成本、使用效果、流送工艺、年过坝量等方面、初步探讨如何选择木材过坝方式。

This paper investigates some important subjects which are significanct for energy-saving of blast furnace from technology and effect such as: reasonable energy structure of B.F., to reduce fuel ratio with the depression of coke ratio, to enhance the efficiency of injecting pulverized coal into B.F, relationship between lowest coke ratio and the upgrade of high-temperature strength of coke, the energy-saving action of high-pressure operation as well.

着重从工艺和效果上探讨了对高炉节能有根本意义的如下问题:高炉合理的能源结构、降低焦比同时降低燃料比、提高喷吹效率.最低焦比与提高焦炭的高温强度,以及高压操作的节能作用.
