目的:探讨激素和生长因子对人牙乳头细胞骨钙素合成分泌的影响;方法:采用放射免疫的方法进行测定。结果:1,25(OH)2D3对骨钙素的合成分泌具有明显增强作用,胰岛素、EGF对其合成有促进作用,但较弱。而TGF-β抑制骨钙素的合成分泌。结论:人牙乳头细胞合成分泌骨钙素受这些因子不同程度的影响,具有与成骨细胞相似的生理功能
