The research on the university bilingual teaching adaptability will help to solve some problems existing herein.The university bilingual teaching adaptability refers to the changing ability of supply characters along with the changes of social demand hereto.Thus the research on the two subjects involves not only social demand for bilingual teaching but also supply character hereof.As the social demand for bilingual teaching is brought about by various factors both at home and abroad,it is more stable compared with the supply characters.Therefore university should make efforts to improve the efficiency of the supply and the route of“scientific decision-making_changing along with demand-harmonious development”is suggested for reference.

对高校双语教学适应性的研究将有助于扭转我国高校双语教学喜忧参半的现状。双语教学适应性是指高校随着社会需求的改变而改变其双语教学供给特性的能力。高校双语教学适应性考察的两个方面的内容是双语教学社会需求与高校双语教学供给水平。相对于供给而言,双语教学社会需求是国内外多种力量综合较量后形成的较为稳定的需求,因此高校为提高双语教学适应性所做的努力应该放在提高有效供给上,为此提出了“科学决策———随需应变———协调发展”之路径选择以供决策参考。
