In this paper, the engineering design approach of manned spacecraft ascent trajectory is described. The mathematical model of control law is selected based on ascent flight property and flight dynamics principle. All the undertermined parameters are determined by using Newton iterative method based on ascent trajectory intermediate and terminal constraint conditions. Its flow chart is given and its correctness is proved by analog computation.

本文对载人飞船上升段轨道的一种工程设计方法进行了探讨。该方法的特点是根据上升段飞行的特征,运用飞行力学原理选定其控制规律的数学模型,然后根据上升段轨道的中间约束条件和终端约束条件,利用Newton迭代法确定模型中的各待定参数。本文给出了该设计方法的流程图,并通过模拟计算论证了该设计方法的可行性。

On-line measurement and quality control of plasma spraying forming process is an important trend of recent study in that field.During spraying process,temperature and velocity and distribution of powder particles are factors directly influencing deposition efficiency and spraying quality.Taking plasma spraying of ZrO_2 powder as example,the authors carry out on-line measurement of particle in-flight property by applying CCD technology and bicolorimetric princple;and study the regular influence of argon flow,hydrogen flow and operating current on temperature and velocity of powder particles.The study shows that,argon flow and hydrogen flow serve respectively as the main factor influencing particle velocity and particle temparature while the change of current exerts also a certain influence on temperature and velocity of particles.This achievement provides on-line control of spraying quality with a basis,which is beneficial to the development of plasma spraying forming technology.

在熔射过程中,粉末粒子的温度、速度、空间分布等是影响沉积效率和熔射质量的直接因素.文中以等离子熔射ZrO2粉末为例,利用CCD技术和双比色原理,对粒子飞行特性进行在线检测.采用正交实验方式,研究氩气流量、氢气流量和工作电流对粉末粒子的温度、速度的影响规律.结果表明,氩气和氢气的流量分别是影响粒子速度、粒子温度的主要因素,而电流变化对粒子温度、速度也有一定影响.
