本文采用现场浸棒法与实验室中频感应炉浸棒法对Al和Si含量不同的Al_2O_3-C材料以及ZrO_2-C材料进行了抗保护渣侵蚀试验。结果表明,Al和Si的加入量之比为1时,Al_2O_3-C材料抗保护渣侵蚀性最好,但还不及ZrO_2-C材料。

The present paper describes a study on corrosion mechanism of A12(SO4)3 evaporator tubes made of titanium by means of polarization curve measurements, weight loss tests, hot wall tabe testing and hydrogen embrittlement studies. Results show that the reasons of their failure include active dissolution and hydrogen embrittlement caused by the break down of passive film. The critical potential of hydrogen embrittlement of titanium in A12(SO4)3 is -270mV (SCE). The formation of titanium hydride was proved...

通过极化曲线、腐蚀失重、热壁钛管试件和长钛管的电化学测试以及氢脆试验研究了钛制硫酸铝蒸发器排管的腐蚀破坏机理.结果表明钛的腐蚀是由于钝化膜破坏而造成的活性溶解和氢脆.钛在该体系中产生氢脆的临界电位为-270mV(相对于饱和甘汞电极).XPS分析结果证实了氢化钛的生成.

broad experimental study on corrosion fatigue behaviour of LC 4 CS high strength aluminum alloy was carried out.Axial fatigue tests and fatigue crack propagation tests in laboratory air environment,hu-midity air,salt fog,salt fog+SO_2 and artificial sea water environment were performed.Significant envi-ronment effect was found.A new concept of DFRcutoff was introduced to evaluate corrosion fatigue resis-tant which could become other important basis for life evaluation of new and aged aircraft.

本文较全面地研究了室温空气、潮湿空气、盐雾、盐雾加二氧化硫、人造海水环境下的LC4CS高强铝合金抗疲劳和裂纹扩展行为,揭示了各种环境介质对LC4CS高强铝合金的影响。本文将DFRcutoff这一新概念引入腐蚀疲劳领域,为新老飞机寿命评估提供了重要依据。
