Objective This study compared the roughness of porcelain polished or glazed surfaces and the adhesion of oral streptococcus mutans to them in vitro.Methods 30 porcelain samples were made . Porcelain samples in group A were polished with diamond paste. Porcelain samples were glazed in group B and were polished with Al 2O 3 (240#)bur in group C.Their roughness values were measured by profilometer. Standardized cell suspensions were incubated with test samples for one hour at 37 ℃, then retained cells were counted by image analysis(percentage area of a microscopic field covered by cells). Results Roughness values of group A、B、C were respectively (0.198 7±0.057)μm, (0.199 0±0.091)μm, (0.426 0±0.174)μm. There was no significantly difference between group A and group B. The roughness samples in group C were significantly rougher than that in the other groups. The amount of retained cells in groupA、groupB、groupC was respectively (15.92±4.37) %, (16.39±6.31)% and (41.48±12.1)%. There was no significant difference between the cell adhesion on porcelain surface glazed and polished,but more bacteria adhered on the porcelain surface in group C. Conclusions Porcelain surface polished treatment was clinically acceptable compared with its glazed . They all exhibited the least amount of bacteria adhesion. The more porcelain surface was rough,the more bacteria adhered on it.

目的 比较陶瓷抛光和陶瓷上釉后表面粗糙度的差异及变形链球菌在其表面的粘附能力。方法 制作陶瓷样本 30个。A组陶瓷用金刚石抛光膏打磨抛光 ,B组陶瓷上釉 ,C组陶瓷用2 4 0 #Al2 O3 磨头磨平。用轮廓仪测量各组陶瓷样本的表面粗糙度。将各组样本置于变形链球菌悬浮液中 ,37℃培养 1h。图像分析仪计算变形链球菌在各样本表面的粘附面积比。结果 A、B、C组陶瓷的表面粗糙度分别为 (0 1987± 0 0 5 7) μm、(0 1990± 0 0 91) μm及 (0 4 2 6 0± 0 174 ) μm。变形链球菌在A、B、C 3组陶瓷表面的粘附面积比分别为 (15 92± 4 37) %、(16 39± 6 31) %、(41 4 8± 12 1) %。经统计学分析 ,A、B组陶瓷组间表面粗糙度及细菌粘附面积比差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ,C组陶瓷与其他各组样本表面粗糙度及细菌粘附面积比差异有高度显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 陶瓷上釉和抛光表面能达到同样光滑 ,细菌在其表面的粘附量亦基本相同。粗糙陶瓷表面比光滑陶瓷表面更容易粘附口腔细菌

PURPOSE: To study the effect of the toothpaste containing IgY against oral Streptococcus mutans. METHODS: 140 subjects were divided into 2 groups randomly (test group and control group). Streptococcus mutans values were determined with Dentocult SM Strip just before test, at 1,3,7,30days after toothpaste used and 14 days after stopping toothpaste used. RESULTS: ①In test group, Streptococcus mutans values decreased at 1 day after toothpaste used. In control group Streptococcus mutans values decreased at 3 days after toothpaste used.②Streptococcus mutans values decreased gradually in each groups after toothpaste used.③In test group, 2 weeks after stopping toothpaste used,Streptococcus mutans values were still suppressed. CONCLUSION: The application of the toothpaste containing IgY may reduce oral Streptococcus mutans levels significantly.

目的:研究含生物活性物IgY牙膏对口腔变形链球菌的抑制作用。方法:将140位受试者随机分成实验组和对照组。每位受试者经过2个月洗脱期后,分别使用实验牙膏和空白对照牙膏。采用Dentoclt SM方法分别测出基线值和使用1d、3d、7d、1个月后以及停止使用牙膏后2周的口腔变形链球菌水平。结果:①实验组受试者口腔中变形链球菌水平的下降发生在使用实验牙膏刷牙后第1天,而对照组则发生在刷牙后的第3天。②随着刷牙时间延长,2组受试者口腔中变形链球菌水平逐步下降。③实验组停止使用实验牙膏刷牙后2周,仍有抑制变形链球菌的作用。结论:与对照组相比,实验组牙膏有增强抑制口腔变形链球菌的作用。

Oral Streptococcus mutans is an etiologic agent of dental caries and Streptococcus sangius is in favor of periodontal tissues.S.mutans is able to survive acidification of its environment due to adaptive mechanisms that appear to include the membrane-bound proton-translocating ATPase(F-ATPase).In order to understand the genetic structure of F-ATPase of S.matans,we discuss the structure of F-ATPase of E.coli,S.matans and S.sanguis.

口腔变形链球菌是龋病的主要致病菌,血链球菌为牙周有益菌。口腔致龋菌的致龋能力主要是其产酸性和耐酸性,而ATP酶是耐酸性的决定因素,是变形链球菌等致龋菌的固有毒力因子。本文以大肠杆菌为参照,对变形链球菌和血链球菌ATP酶的基因结构进行比较,探讨口腔致龋菌的质子移位膜ATP酶的结构特性。
