本文对宁夏回族自治区西吉县黄家二岔小流域系统的环境人口容量进行了研究。根据小流域系统内的自然资源状况,以生活资科消费和生产资料消费作为小流域系统内的人口消费水准,以现实生产潜力作为土地的生产能力,采用数学规划方法,在综合平衡的基础上,得出了2000年时小流域系统的环境人口容量。研究结果表明:到2000年,小流域系统的环境人口容量为823人,即每平方公里144人。

n this paper, we put forward to an explicit concept of the human-carrying-capacity-system,and raise an idea that the human carrying capacity should be studied synthetically,dynamically and in a feedback manner,by means of a correct analysis and simulation of the system from qualitativity to quantitivity. Finally,the system in Tarim Basin is studiedas an example,and the trends, possibilities,goals and relevant countermeasures of the system areobtained.

本文明确提出了“人口承载力系统”概念,认为进行人口承载力研究应当从综合的、动态的、反馈的角度出发,由定性到定量剖析并模拟该系统的结构。之后,对塔里木盆地人口承载力系统做了示范研究,得出该系统演化的趋势和各种可能,以及相应的目标和对策。

There are some incommensurate problems of regional development with regional features,the quantity and quality of population with the land human carrying capacity,economic development with ecological protection etc.in the mountainous and hilly region of Anhui Province. In this paper,according to the evaluating indexes,quantitative analysis on theenvironmental,economical and social indexes,the commensurate coefficients(C_c)in the differentregion of the mountains and hills of Anhui Province are calculated....

In this paper,according to the evaluating indexes,quantitative analysis on theenvironmental,economical and social indexes,the commensurate coefficients(C_c)in the differentregion of the mountains and hills of Anhui Province are calculated. The results are:C_c ofenvironment is 1.32-1.43,C_c of economy is 0.72-0.82, C_c of society is 0.95-1. 05 in thehigh and middle mountains; C_c of environment is 0.77-0.83 , C_c of economy is 1.10-1.18,C_c of society is 0.89-0.99 in the low mountains and hills;C_c of environment is 0.63-0.64,C_cof economy is 1.27-1.30 ,C_c of society is 0.78-0.85 in the mound,intermontane basin andplain of river valley. When C_c≥1, there is a relation of commensurability in regionaldevelopment; when C_c < 1, there is a relation of unbecomingness in regional development.According to the commensurate coefficients(C_c),the environmental index is a relation ofcommensurability , the economical index is a relation of unbecomingness,the social index iscommensurability or near to it in the high and middle mountains;the economical index is arelation of commensurability,the environmental and social indexes are relations ofunbecomingness in the low mountains and hills,and the mound area,intermontane basin and plainof river valley. Then some development problems can be found and some suggetions on thecommensurate development in the mountainous and hilly region of Anhui Province are made.

安徽省山地丘陵区区域开发中存在区域开发方式与区域特征,人口数量、质量与土地承载力,经济发展与环境保护不匹配的问题。在制定区域匹配开发评价指标的基础上,通过环境指标、经济指标、社会指标的定量分析,获得不同类型区的匹配系数(C_c),根据匹配系数所揭示的问题,提出区域开发措施。
