Objectives: To study the status in quo of nurses' creativity and to provide references for further exploiting and training their creativity. Methods: Investigate and analyze the creativity among different nurses using self- rating questionnaires. Results: The creativity of nurses aged 19-24 years was higher than that of the 35-48 years age group. The higher their education level was, the higher their creativity was. Objectives: To study the status in quo of nurses' creativity and to provide references for further exploiting and training their creativity. Methods: Investigate and analyze the creativity among different nurses using self- rating questionnaires. Results: The creativity of nurses aged 19-24 years was higher than that of the 35-48 years age group. The higher their education level was, the higher their creativity was. The relationship between creativity and the length of service was: the creativity of student nurses was the highest; then that of the nurses who have serviced for ≥15 years and ≥10 years; the third highest was that of the nurses who have serviced for ≥5 years and ≥20 years; the lowest was that of the nurses who have delivered nursing care for ≥25 years. Conclusion: To enhance the creativity of nurses, managers should attach more importance to nursing education reform, strengthen continuing nursing education, train the innovation thinking of nurses, and implement nursing management based on the individual.

目的:了解护士创造力现状,为进一步开发、培养其创造力提供参考。方法:采用自测问卷方式对不同层面护理人员的创造力进行调查分析。结果:年龄为19~24岁组创造力高于35~48岁组;学历越高创造力越强;创造力与工龄的关系为:在校护理学生的创造力最高,其次为工龄段15年~和10年~,再其次为工龄段5年~和20年~,创造力最低为工龄在25年以上者。结论:提高护士创造力应重视护理教育改革,加强继续教育,开展创新思维训练,实施以人为本的护理管理。
