As the author believes,the dynamic mathematical model presented in this paper,along with a mathematical model for practical control expected to be advanced,will make it possible to use computer mathematical models in the on-line control of the funnel furnace.

本文根据制品和窑车衬砖的不稳态导热方程、气体连续性方程、热平衡方程及物料平衡方程,提出了隧道窑计算机定温定氧控制动态数学模型,并用 FORTRAN 语言,在 NCR-8570型电子计算机上作了数值模拟实验研究,得到了燃料耗量、一次空气量、送冷风量、排烟量等随时间的变化关系。研究了隧道窑烧成带气氛制度与燃耗的关系以及气氛制度的稳定性。笔者认为,本文的动态数学模型使计算机数学模型在线控制隧道窑成为可能,下一步尚需研制实用控制数学模型。

A mathematical model for computer control of tunnel kiln was developed accor- ding to the transient heat conduction equation for products and lining bricks of tunnel kiln car,the gas continuity equation,and the heat and material balance equations.Further on,numerical simulation experiments were conducted on a NCR-8570 computer concerning a tunnel kiln for firing fireclay bricks. A mathematical model for computer control of tunnel kiln was developed accor- ding to the transient heat conduction equation for products and lining bricks of tunnel kiln car,the gas continuity equation,and the heat and material balance equations.Further on,numerical simulation experiments were conducted on a NCR-8570 computer concerning a tunnel kiln for firing fireclay bricks. The results of numerical experiments show that the proposed model makes the computer control of tunnel kilns possible.

本文根据隧道窑制品和窑车衬砖的不稳定态导热方程、气体连续性方程、热平衡方程和物料平衡方程,提出了隧道窑定温定氧控制动态数学模型,并用FORTRAN语言,在NCR-8570型电子计算机上作了数值模拟实验研究。得到了燃料耗量、一次空气量、送冷风量、排烟量等参数随时间的变化关系。数值模拟还研究了隧道窑气氛制度与燃耗的关系。本文的动态数学模型使计算机在线控制隧道窑成为可能。

In this paper, the author has proposed a mathematical model for thermal equilibrium in the numerically controlled tunnel kiln and also developedits computation method: The computing practice has been carried out on the NCR-8570 computer with FORTRAN used as a language for developing the source program. It has been shown that the mathematical model and its computation introduced here is valid and viable.

本文提出了计算机数学模型控制的隧道窑热平衡计算数学模型和计算方法,并用FORTRAN语言编制源程序,在NCR-8570型电子计算机上进行了隧道窑热平衡计算实践。计算实践表明,本文的热平衡计算数学模型和计算方法是可行的。
