Platelet cytoplasma free Ca2+, intraerythrocyte Ca2+, activity of Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase on erythrocyte membrane and cardiac function of 42 patients with heart failure (HF), resulted from abnormal diastolic function, have been measureed before and after nifedipine administration under random sampling, double-blind and placebo conditions. The results showed that all the parameters showed no remarkable changes in patients of the placebo group. Cardiac function of treatment group improved significantly while there was corresponding changes in Ca2+ transport. During treatment, 8Ⅱ° HF was switched over to Ⅰ° HF, and Ⅰ° HF improved significantly, yet failed to reach normal level. These suggested that(1) abnormality of both Ca2+ transport and cardiac function can take place in early stage of heart diseases; (2) abnormal Ca2+ transport may be one of the important factors producing heart failure with abnormal diastolic function. Therapeutic effect of Ca2+ channel blocker may be related to effect on Ca2+ transport.

The platelet cytoplasmic free Ca2+ (nmol/L) and electromcchaniocardiographic items of non-invasive cardiac function of 33 normal subjects and 38 patients with both different types of heart disease and class Ⅰ cardiac function (NYHAC) were measured by means of RF 540 type spectrophotofluorometer and CTH-Ⅱ type cardiac function instrument, respectively. The periphery intraerythrocytic Ca2+ (μmol/L)and activity of Ca2+-pump (μmolpi /μgpr h)in the erythrccyte membrane of above the subjects and patients were also assayed through the iso-ion electroreflection coupled photometry (ICP ) and ultraviolet spectrophotometry, respectively, at the same time. The results showed that patients suffered from diastolic or both systolic and diastolic dysfunction had much higher level of platelet cytoplasmic free Ca2+ content (222.15±3464 and 226.28 ±2149, respectively) than that (168.57±1241 ) of control group (P<0.01), increased intraerythrocytic Ca2+ (6.880±0.376 and 6.890±0.089, respectively) than that 6.140±0.125) of control group, P<0.01, and decreased the activity of Ca2+-pump (0.455±0.056 and 0.442±0.043, respectively) than that (0.608±0.027) of control group, P<0.01, whereas the platelet cytoplasmic free Ca2+ (170.86±10.92, 174.65±16.98), intraerythrocytic Ca2+ (5.180±0.147, 5.150±0.144) and activity of Ca2+-pump (0.593±0.042, 0.605±0.042) of patients with only systolic dysfunction and normal cardiac function had no significant difference than that of control group. It suggests that increase of platelet cytoplasmic free Ca2+ content may be a periphery manifestalion related to intracellular Ca2+ overload of myocardium in patients with abnormal diastolic function.

作者检测了心脏病无心衰患者38例的血小板胞浆游离Ca~(2+)与心功能指标,且同步测定了其红细胞Ca~(2+),钙泵活性.结果表明,不同心脏病中,凡舒张功能异常者均有血小板胞浆游离Ca~(2+)含量增加(P<0.01).提示:血小板胞浆游离Ca~(2+)增加可能是舒张功能异常时心肌细胞内Ca~(2+)超负荷在外周表现的间接证据.
