[目的 ]选择红景天最佳提取法 .[方法 ]采用醇沉法与絮凝法 .[结果 ]醇沉法与不同提取法红景天总皂苷的损失率 :醇沉法为 2 3 83%,壳聚糖吸附法为 3 89%,10 1果汁吸附法为 15 6 6 %,ZTC 1+1吸附法为 8 98%.[结论 ]絮凝法红景天总皂苷损失率明显低于醇沉法 ,且壳聚糖吸附法的效果最佳 .

After the acidic returned fluid in the oil field is subsided and separated, the acid contained in sewage is very strong(pH=1~2). But there is a lot of floccule in the sewage which seriously affects the sewage drainage when NaOH solution is added. Metal ions are determined and results show that there exist Na,Fe,Mg,Al,Ca,K,Cr and Ni ions in the sewage. Among them, the mass fraction of Na,Fe,Mg,Al,Ca ion is very high( 1 200~9 000 μg/g). Except for K and Na ion, Fe, Mg,Al,Cr,Ni ion will precipitate under pH<7...

After that, the containing acid sewage gets clear and transparent. It's pH≈8.0. The removing ratio of oil is above 60%.

某海上油井酸化返出液沉降分离后 ,污水酸性很强 (pH =1~ 2 ) ,加入氢氧化钠水溶液后 ,污水中出现大量难以沉降的絮状物 ,严重影响污水的排放。测定发现 ,污水中含的主要金属离子有Na、Fe、Mg、Al、Ca、K、Cr、Ni。其中Na、Fe、Mg、Al、Ca离子的质量分数较高 ,在 12 0 0~ 90 0 0 μg/ g之间 ,除K和Na离子外 ,Fe、Mg、Al、Cr、Ni离子在中和时 ,pH <7都会出现沉淀 ,以Al、Fe离子最易。由于污水中含油 ,故出现难以沉淀的絮状悬浮物。在对絮状物形成原因分析的基础上 ,通过简便、快速的中和 -絮凝法 (即在含酸污水中加入中和试剂及絮凝剂 )对污水进行处理。处理后污水澄清透明 ,pH≈ 8.0 ,除油率在 6 0 %以上。
