In the area of communication,the error correcting technology has a very wide application,and it can improve effectively the performance of communication.This paper makes a theoretical study of encoding and decoding of BCH(511,493)error correcting code applied in the transmission of video signals in H.261,and this study serves as a guide to the design and implementation of circuit.

HARQ is the main error correcting technology on CDMA wireless channel. In this paper, effective system throughput is introduced as a new metric taking into account the wireless channel occupation of error correcting coding redundant bit. The performance of HARQ for SR and GBN on i.i.d and correlated channel model is evaluated. The result indicates that proper selecting the length of redundant bit can maximize system effective throughput.

混合式自动重传请求(HARQ)已成为CDMA无线信道上差错控制的主要技术.在考虑纠错编码冗余位对无线信道资源占用的条件下,引入有效系统吞吐率性能指标,分别对SR和GBNARQ协议在i.i.d和相关信道模型下的混合式自动重传请求协议性能进行了研究.结果表明,在给定纠错编码算法和重传方式条件下,可以通过对冗余信息位长度的合理选择实现系统有效吞吐率的最大化.

Robust video watermarking algorithm is very important for copyright protection of digital video contents.In this paper,based on earlier proposed fragile watermarking algorithm,by adopting adaptive methods along with error-correcting technology,a robust,simple and fast video watermarking algorithm is proposed.In the proposed algorithm,different frames in the video sequence are watermarked with different algorithms in order that the whole bits stream is altered as little as possible.Experimental results show that the proposed new watermarking algorithm is efficient and fairly resistant to second-time coding attack and noise pollution.

稳健的视频水印算法对数字视频产品的版权保护具有重要意义。在先前提出的脆弱数字水印算法的基础上,通过采用自适应策略对视频序列中的不同图片根据其特点采用不同的嵌入算法,使得水印的嵌入对视频码流的改动最小,同时结合纠错编码技术,给出了一种较为稳健且简单、快速的视频数字水印算法。经仿真测试后,实验结果显示提出的视频水印新算法具有较强的抗二次编码攻击和噪声污染的能力,具有较好的稳健性。
