At present the use of neutrons used for radiotherapy of cancer are still on exploration stage. Radiobiological effect of fast neutrons have not yet been clear. In this experiment, culture cells of common human cancer including liver cancer, nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC), leukemia and mouse thymoma were irradiated by 14 Mev highenergy fast neutrons beam, with the total doses are ranging from 200 to 400 Rad, and then the cellular survival rate and H3-TdR uptake of cell were determined. The results showed that survival rate of all kinds of cells irradiated by fast neutrons appeared decline in various degree. It is worthy to notice that on second day after irradiation the survival rate of mouse thymoma rapidly fell down to 52%, it may be a effect on some lymphoma of T cell type. On the contrary, the leukemia cells after irradiation showed a small declination of the survival rate. On the eighth day after irradiation, H3-TdR uptake of all cells was tested. The results showed that H3-TdR uptake rate of CK-1 cells-was lower than control ( p<0.02 ) . Obviously, after irradiation by fast neutrons beam the DNA duplication and synthesize of cells has been reduced significantly. H3-TdR uptake rate of irradiated leukemia cells was higher than the contror(p<0.005). It may be meant the remained cells actively synthesize DNA and at this time if a large radiation doses were given the killing effect would be strengthend. Through the analysis of the resulting, we considered that the damage of DNA duplication by fast neutrons beam is one of determinant of cell death. However, the way of radiation damage and repairment capacity of cells remain to be investigared further.

To solve the problems, the Rayleigh-Ritz's finite element method for two-dimensional unsteady flow is applied. Moreover, BASIC PLUS language and BCM-68K microcomputer were used. The modified square root (LDLT) method was also employed to solve the linear algebraic equations.

本文应用水文地质数值法(二维非稳定流里兹有限单元法)预报了车集井田矿井涌水量,根据本区的水文地质条件及设计部门的意见,把将来开采威胁较大的石炭系太原组上段灰岩含水层,作为本课题的预报层段,预报了—450、—600、—800米水平突水点的涌水量。此外,还对计算区的水文地质参数进行了优选,通过勘探工程揭露与邻区生产矿井验证说明计算结果是符合实际的,已作为设计的依据。计算中使用的计算机为美国产BCM一68K微型机,采用BASIC PLUS语言,解算方程组采用改进平方根(LDL~T)法。

Based on the data available, this paper describes the distribution of solule gaseous hydrocarbon within underground water in various geologic bodies and its application in search for hydrocarbon deposits. In using this method, particular attention should be paid to the association of gases of hydrocarbon type, the proportion of heavy hydrocarbon and the humidity in combination with other hydrogeochemical indexes. The measurement of carbon isotopes may throw light on the geneses and attributes of various gases....

In using this method, particular attention should be paid to the association of gases of hydrocarbon type, the proportion of heavy hydrocarbon and the humidity in combination with other hydrogeochemical indexes. The measurement of carbon isotopes may throw light on the geneses and attributes of various gases. In reconnaissance and exploration stage, the study should mainly focus on the soluble gaseous hydrocarbon in upper hydrogeochemical zone, which might provide data for preliminary oil prediction and indicate favourable areas for fur further work; whereas in exploitation stage, an investigation into the soluble gaseous hydrocarbon in the lower hydrogeochemical zone may indicate relatively reliable exploration sectors and drilling sites.

本文通过实际资料总结了地下水中可溶气态烃在不同地质体中的分布规律以及在碳氢化合物矿床找矿中的应用。使用本方法时应重视烃类气体的组合类型、重烃的多少及湿度系数的高低,并与其他水文地球化学指标相结合。对碳同位素的测定,可以判别气体成因属性。在普查勘探阶段,以研究上部水文地球化学带的可溶气态烃为主,可为早期含油远景预测提供依据,指出进一步工作的有利地区;在开发阶段,研究下部水文地球化学带的可溶气态烃,可提供较为可靠的勘探层段和钻孔。
