Apical periodontitis (AP) are frequent findings in contemporary dental practice in association with dental pathology or dental care.
      


20 subginggival plaque samples from 17 adult periodontitis (AP) patients and 9 gingival plaque samples from 9 healthy adults were cultured and identified. After analysing 18 main bacterial genera (species), we got the result that the composition of periodontal microflora and the predominant bacteria in the AP patients and the healthy individuals were quite different. In AP group, the flora were chiefly formed of Gram negative anaerobic bacilli (60.8%) and the predominant bacterial species were identified as B. gingivalis of the Black-pigmented Bacteroides. However the normal flora of control group were mainly made up with Gram positive facultative cocci(69.2%), among which the predominant bacterial species were Streptococcus spp. and so on. In addition, F. nucleatum. V. parvula, E. corrodens and some spirochetes were also found to be present in a higher figure in AP group than in the control. From the microecologic point of view, we think that AP might be a result of unbalance bet- ween hosts and their microflora. Several species of bacteria have been associated with this disease. B. gingivalis which has a notable quantitave change might play an important role in the develpment of the disease.

本文用2种非选择性培养基和12种选择性培养基对17名北京市成年牙周炎病人和9名健康对照者龈下及龈沟菌斑菌群进行了培养、分离和鉴定。结果,牙周炎患者龈下菌斑的菌群主要由专性厌氧的革兰氏阴性杆菌组成(60.8%),优势菌为牙龈拟杆菌等;而对照组的菌群主要由兼性厌氧的革兰氏阳性球菌组成(69.2%),优势菌为链球菌属等。这种菌群构成,两组样本存在显著性差异,对于我们认识牙周炎的病原及有关微生态学问题可能有重要意义。

This article examined the β_2-microglobulin content in gingival crevicular fluid(GCF)from 20 teeth in treatment of 10 patients with adult periodontitis(AP)and 21 teeth of 10 normal controls(H)and recorded the clinical indices of PLI,GI,PD,AL by radio immune assay(RIA). The result showed that the β_2-microglobulin in GCF in the adult periondontitis was found to be significantly reduced compared with the normal controls'(P<0.01)and that β_2-microglobulin in GCF was negatively correlated to PD and AL...

The result showed that the β_2-microglobulin in GCF in the adult periondontitis was found to be significantly reduced compared with the normal controls'(P<0.01)and that β_2-microglobulin in GCF was negatively correlated to PD and AL in the AP group and in the mixture of H group and AP group.After periodnotal treatment,the β_2-microglobulin content was increased(P<0.01)when the degree of periodontoclaisa was reduced (P<0.05).The above indicates that there is some relationship between the degree of periondontoclasia and the β_2-microglobulin in GCF which may have a hand in partial immune response of the adult periodontitis.

以 RIA 检测了成人牙周炎(AP)10人20个牙治疗前后和牙周健埭者(H)10人21个牙龈沟液(GCF)中β_2-微球蛋白(β_-MG)的含量并记录临床指数 PLI、GI、PD、AL。结果显示:AP 组 GCF 中β_2-MG 的含量显著小于 H 组(P<0.01);在 H 组、AP 组混合情况下和 AP 组内,β_2-MG 含量只与 PD、AL 呈显著负相关(P<0.05);牙周治疗后,随着牙周破坏程度的减轻(P<0.01),β_2-MG 的含量相应升高(P<0.05),说明 GCF 中β_2-MG 与牙周破坏程度有关,并可能参与了 AP 的局部免疫反应。

Using indirect immunofluorescence assay(iF assay),Capnocyto phaga ochracea and Capnocyto phaga sputigena in periodontal pockets of 34 adult periodontitis(AP)and in gingival crevices of 40 heaithy subjects were determined.At same time,Kanamycin-Vancomycin selective medium was used for iso- lating capnocytophaga from the samples.Corresponding rate reached 85.1% between IF assay and bac- terial culture assay.There was significantly higher occurence of Capnpcytophaga sputigena in AP subjects than...

用间接免疫荧光法对34例成年人牙周炎患者的龈下菌斑标本和40例健康对照者口腔龈缝菌斑标本中的黄褐 CO_2噬纤维菌和生痰 CO_2噬纤维菌进行了快速鉴定,同时用 KV 选择培养基对标本中的 CO_2噬纤维菌进行了分离、鉴定,结果两种方法的符合率达85.1%,生痰 CO_2噬纤维菌在成年人牙周炎组的检出率显著高于健康组(P<0.05)。结果提示:生痰 CO_2噬纤维菌与成年人牙周炎的发病有一定的关系;间接免疫荧光法是对照下菌斑中黄褐 CO_2噬纤维菌和生痰 CO_2噬纤维菌快速鉴定的良好方法。
