Objective To understand the change of the cardiovascular function and to evaluate the usefulness of sphygmography and heart rate variability (HRV) spectrum techniques on estimating cardiovascular function during HUP+LBNP. Method Blood pressure, ECG, cerebral oxygen saturation and sphygmogram of 16 subjects were studied during 75° head up tilt plus lower body negative pressure (HUP+LBNP). Result (1) During HUP+LBNP, heart rate, blood pressure, normalized low frequcncy component(LFn), LFn/HFn increased significantly, the cerebral blood oxygen saturation, T wave (ECG), HFn decreased significantly;(2) Blood pressure, heart rate and cerebral blood oxygen saturation decreased significantly in presyncopal state;(3)The heart rate in low tolerance group was higher than that in high tolerance group during the initial stage of HUT+LBNP;(4) The shape of pulse wave changed enormously during HUP+LBNP,so that no analysis could be made. Conclusion HUP+LBNP was an effective approach to examine the regulatory function of cardiovascular system,and the sphygmogram could not be used in studying the regulatory function of cardiovascular system during HUP+LBNP.

目的了解立位 -下体负压 (HUT +LBNP)期间心血管系统的变化 ,确定心律变异和脉图两种方法在评价心血管调节功能中的作用。方法观察 1 6名被试者在 75°头高位倾斜加 - 4kPa下体负压 2 0min期间血压、脉图、心律变异和脑血氧饱和度的变化。结果 ( 1 )HUT +LBNP可引起被试者出现明显的心率、血压、规 -化低频峰功率 (LFn)、LFn/HFn增加 ,脑血氧饱和度、心电T波和规 -化高频峰功率(HFn)下降 ;( 2 )晕厥前出现明显的血压、心率和脑血氧饱和度下降 ;( 3)低耐力组在HUT +LBNP初期的心率明显高于高耐力组 ;( 4 )HUT +LBNP时脉搏波波形发生很大变化 ,无法进行分析。结论HUT +LBNP是一种负荷量较高的立位耐力检查方法 ,可充分暴露被检者在立位中的心血管调节功能 ;脉图检测方法不能作为评价被试者HUT +LBNP耐力的方法。

Result Compared high Gz and push pull effect group with 0 Gz group, the content of ox hemoglobin reduced, in opposition the deox hemoglobin increased. the greater the difference, the lower the content of oxygen saturation of blood. Conclusion Oxygen saturation of blood in the rat′s brain can be obtained non invasively with near infrared spectroscopy.

目的用近红外光谱技术对加速度作用后 (超重条件下 )的大鼠进行脑血氧饱和度 ( %SaO2 )的无损监测。方法制作头部不同程度缺血缺氧模型 ,抽血测量其血氧饱和度 ,并计算出与正常组之间的差值。同时测定出在 85 0nm和 760nm波长处缺血缺氧模型的光谱吸收强度 ,计算出与正常组之间的差值 ,并绘制出两者之间的关系曲线。根据关系曲线 ,通过用近红外光谱仪监测高 +Gz和推拉动作后的光谱吸收强度 ,计算出与 0Gz组差值 ,推测出加速度作用后脑血氧饱和度。结果由关系曲线推测出加速度作用后 ,大鼠脑血氧饱和度降低 ;推拉动作后 ,脑血氧饱和度降低更为明显。结论根据关系曲线 ,用近红外光谱技术可以无损监测脑血氧饱和度的变化
