Several aphid species, including Schizaphis graminum, Aphis gossypii, A. craccivora, A-rumicie, Rhophlosiphum padi, and R. maidis were found to be the hosts of the parasitoid. During 1983-1986, a total number of 21,307, 11,508, 2,933 and 19,562 of the parasitoids were released on cotton, wheat, wasted weedy lands, and three greenhouses of the Xian Botanical Garden, respectively. Results of the recovery samples in 1987 were: no L. testaceipes from the 172 parasitized aphids of the cotton fields; one emerged from 34 S. graminum and one from 314 R. padi of the wheat fields; 6 from 420 A. Craccivora of the weedy lands. The aphid parasitization on two ornamentals, Hibiscus rosea-sinensis and Pittosporum tobira in the greenhouses were 49. 3% and 32.2%, respectively, all the emerged parasitoids were L. testaceipes. Factors influencing the establishment of the introduced parasite in Shaanxi is also discussed.

Metallographic analysis for the recovery sample showed that the tensile fracture of the tungsten alloy occurs mainly in the Fe-Ni mixture region with a few tran-scrystalline fracture in tungsten grain and there exhibits many "cup-like" pits on the fractographic surface as well. It can be seen from those mentioned above that the tensile fracture of the tungsten alloy is essentially contributed to the ductile fracture mechanism.

A selective and sensitive analytical method was developed for the quantification of famotidine in plasma samples. A straight forward high-recovery sample prepartion procedure was effected by using silica-gel cartirdges to adsorb the hydrophilic drug from plasma.The described sample preparation scheme permitted the quantification of famotidinein plasma by UV detection (267nm) alone. Resolution of famotidine from endogenous interferences was accomplished on a spherisorb C18 column with a methanol-acetonitrile-water-phosphoric...

Resolution of famotidine from endogenous interferences was accomplished on a spherisorb C18 column with a methanol-acetonitrile-water-phosphoric acid (10:10:80:0.08)mobile phase.

本实验用HPLC法测定人血浆中的法莫替丁浓度。血浆用硅胶小柱预处理。色谱柱为Spherisorb C_(18)(5μ,4.6×250mm),流动相为甲醇—乙腈—水—磷酸(10V:10V:80V:0.08V)。检测波长为267nm,用外标法峰面积定量(y=0.00805X+3.05,r=0.999,线性范围:12.5~125ng/ml)。回收率下均为80%,日内及日间误差均小于7%。本法灵敏度高,准确性好。适用于生物利用度和临床研究。
