Objective:To study clinicohistopathologic features of bone marrow metastatic tumor(BMMT).Methods:Bone marrow biopsy plastic embedded section stained by H Giemsa E,PAS and Alcin blue.Results:Among 66 BMMTs were 42 poorly differentiated adenocarcinomas,6 mucinous adenocarcinomas,3 mucinous carcinomas,9 poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinomas,2 jiant cell carcinomas,2 undfferentiated carcinomas,and 1 melanoma and malignant fibrohistocytoma respectively.Anemia was mostly frequent clinical menifestation of BMMT,the secondary was thrombocytopenia( 59.5 %)and bone pain( 57.4 %).Multipl myeloma or other blood diseases were easily misdiagnosed .49( 74.2 %) primary tumor site were not found at present.Clinicopathologic features of BMMT ( 95.1 %) were discussed.Conclusion:Bone marrow biopsy is important for BMMT when primary tumor site is unknow.

目的 :研究骨髓转移瘤的临床和病理学特点。方法 :骨髓活检塑料包埋切片 ,H- Gmiesa- E,Gomori,PAS,Alcin blue染色。结果 :6 6例骨髓转移瘤中 ,低分化腺癌 42例、黏液腺癌 6例、黏液细胞癌 3例、低分化鳞癌9例、巨细胞癌 2例、未分化癌 2例、恶性黑色素瘤 1例、恶性纤维组织细胞瘤 1例。临床表现以贫血最常见(95 .1% ) ,其次为血小板减少 (5 9.5 % )和骨痛 (5 7.4% )。临床初诊常误诊为多发性骨髓瘤和其他血液病 ,仅 17例查到原发瘤部位 (2 5 .8% )。对转移瘤的病理与临床特点作了讨论。结论 :对于原发瘤尚不明确而已发生骨髓转移的肿瘤 ,骨髓活检具有重要诊断价值。

目的 研究骨髓转移癌的临床及血液学特点。方法 骨髓活检塑料包埋切片 ,H Gmiesa E ,Gomori ,PAS ,Alcinblue染色。结果  47例患者中 2 4例找到原发灶 ,其中胃癌 15例 ,前列腺癌 4例 ,肺癌 2例 ,乳腺癌、结肠癌、肝癌各 1例。 3 4例做骨髓活检者骨髓均找到转移癌细胞 ,而其中 10例骨髓象未能发现转移癌细胞。临床表现以贫血最常见 (91.5 % ) ,其次是血小板减少 (64 .7% )、骨痛 (61.7% )和发热 (4 8.9% )。结论 对于不明原因的贫血和骨痛患者 ,骨髓活检对转移癌具有重要诊断价值

Objective To observe the changes of bone marrow histopathology and ultrastructure in three patients with acute radiation sickness (ARS) to cumulate clinical data for ARS. Methods Bone marrow biopsy plastic embedded section was stained by H Giemsa E. The aspirated cells were made sample for transmission electron microscope. Results The hematopoietic cells decreased severely, the matrices were damaged and the phagocytosis was enhanced in critical phase. The bone marrow differential cell count and morphology recovered gradually with convalescent period. The recovery of the patients with severe degree appeared to be unstable. The apoptotic cells were found in the beginnings of recovery. Conclusion The examination of bone marrow histopathology and ultrastructure could provid the valuable information for evaluating the injury and recovery state of hematopoiesis in radiation victims.

目的 通过骨髓组织病理及细胞超微结构观察 ,为急性放射病 (ARS)研究积累临床资料。方法 分别于照后2 0、37、51及 72d取材 ,骨髓活检组织进行塑料包埋切片 ,H Giemsa E染色 ,光镜观察 ,骨髓细胞制成电镜样本观察。结果 ARS极期 ,骨髓造血细胞极度减少 ,间质损伤 ,吞噬细胞功能增强。进入恢复期 ,各系细胞数量和结构逐渐趋于正常 ,但重度患者恢复过程不稳定。恢复早期可见到凋亡细胞。结论 骨髓细胞病理及电镜检查有助于全面、准确了解受照者造血机能损伤与恢复状态
