In this paper,based on the model suggested by author,a model to simulate the contaminant biodegradation process in homogeneous ground water acquifer under one dimensional stable flow condition has been established. First,the model validation procedure is carried out and shown that results predicted by the model is in good agreement with numerical results in published paper and observed data. Then,several numerical tests for biodegradation mechanism study is conducted.All test results show that the biodegradation process is a highly nonlinear and interact among the subprocesses.Except a few subprocesses have a clear influence tendensy(for example,smaller death coefficient of bacteria will help contaminant biodegradation),the influence of most subprocesses shuold be predicted based on the specific conditions and practtical environment . It is just the power that the model can be used to predict the biodegradation process evoluation and development in detail.

对地下含水层污染物生物降解的数学模型建模原则作了补充,对一维均匀介质定常流下生物降解过程进行了模拟研究。对模型适用性的验证结果表明:模型的模拟结果与已发表的模拟结果和已有的实测结果较为一致。对细菌生物降解机制模拟试验结果表明:降解过程是高度非线性相互作用过程,除个别参数有明显趋向作用外,多数过程相应参数的影响后果由特定条件决定。而模型正是能预报这些作用的详细过程。

Body length and weight, growth and death, critical age of small yellow croaker( Pseudosciaena ployactis Bleaker ),were analyzed according to the data obtained from the fishery resource monitoring investigation in the East China Sea in 2001. The results indicate that the group of predominant body length is 110~130mm, accounting for 41.34%;the group of dominant weight is 20~40g, representing 50.91%; total death coefficient, natural death coefficient and the coefficient of fishing death are 2.05 , 0.58 and 1.47,respectively, and critical age is 2.18 years. Compared with the historical biology characteristics of small yellow croaker in the East China Sea, miniaturization and trend of the lower age and earlier maturation are quite distinct and the biological parameters have changed greatly. Under the current resource status in the East China Sea, it suggestes that fully considering the biological characteristics to adjust the best fishing specifications should be adjusted to recover the resource essentially and to be sustainably utilized.

以 2 0 0 1年东海区渔业资源监测调查资料为依据 ,对小黄鱼的体长、体重、生长、死亡等渔业生物学特征及临界年龄等进行了分析研究。结果表明 ,目前东海区小黄鱼优势体长组为 1 1 0~1 30 mm,占 4 1 .34% ;优势体重组为 2 0~ 4 0 g,占 5 0 .91 % ;总死亡系数为 2 .0 5 ,自然死亡系数为 0 .5 8,捕捞死亡系数为 1 .4 7,临界年龄为 2 .1 8龄。对照东海区小黄鱼生物学特征的历史状况分析 ,目前东海区小黄鱼个体小型化、低龄化、性成熟提早现象明显 ,生物学参数发生较大变化。建议在东海区现行资源状态下 ,小黄鱼的可捕标准应充分考虑其生物学现状加以科学调整
