In this paper, uncertainty of economic and technical criteria for ship type evaluation is discussed. In this paper, uncertainty of economic and technical criteria for ship type evaluation is discussed. The orthogonal design is introduced as an optimization method to determine ship parameters under such random conditions. The merits of this method are:( 1 ) It can be used to separately examine influence of ship parameters;(2) A thorough study of all the probable combinations of the given parameter levels becomes practicable through only a few calculations;( 3 ) Optimization of parameters can be achieved according to significance tests.At the mean while, orthogonal polynomials are used as mathematical models to establish relationships between economic and technical criteria and ship parameters. This step will greatly increase the preferability of levels of ship parameters so as to meet special requirements of some of the criteria.The equations obtained will also be very helpful to the analysis of effect of a continuous change of parameter levels on these criteria.Calculated results of a 15,000 DWT dry cargo ship show that the suggested methods are effective and simple. The reliability of ship type evaluation can thus be improved.

本文是将数理统计与试验设计中的一些方法应用于船型参数设计的一次尝试。文中讨论了船型论证中经济和营运指标的不确定度;研究了将正交设计法应用于船型参数设计的有关问题;采用正交多项式回归建立了衡准指标与船型参数之间关系的数学模型。对15000吨干货船所作的计算结果表明:在船型参数设计中考虑衡准指标的不确定度是合理的;在随机衡准指标下用正交设计法优选船型参数是可行的;用正交多项式建立衡准指标与船型参数的数学模型是实用的。船型参数的正交设计是提高船型论证结果的可靠性的一个有效方法。

This article makes an inquiry into the statistic rules to determine the principal ship parameters of large container vessels. By analysing the data of more than a hundred modern container vessels in light of the regression theory, the authors have developed a series of empirical formulae through large amount of computer-aided calculation, which have proved to be applicable in the estimation of those parameters of container vessels at their primary design stage.Also, comparisons have been made between...

This article makes an inquiry into the statistic rules to determine the principal ship parameters of large container vessels. By analysing the data of more than a hundred modern container vessels in light of the regression theory, the authors have developed a series of empirical formulae through large amount of computer-aided calculation, which have proved to be applicable in the estimation of those parameters of container vessels at their primary design stage.Also, comparisons have been made between the aforesaid formulae and those pubhshed at home and abroad, the conclusion being that the degree of accuracy of the former is higher than that of the latter. A little more complicated as they are, the newly-developed formulae are not only more accurate but also easier to computerize.Finally, a brief account is given of the general trend of the development of the principal ship form parameters of large container vessels.

本文收集了1970年以来国内外一百余艘集装箱船的实船资料,对其主要船型参数的规律作了初步探讨。并运用逐步回归分析的方法,借助电子计算机的大量运算,选出最优回归方程,整理概括出了一组适合集装箱船舶的、多变量的主要船型参数统计公式。同时,与国内外已发表的有关统计公式作了比较。本文提出的统计公式,由于考虑的因素较多,虽然形式比较复杂,但其精度较高,适用于电子计算机对船型参数进行初步估算。文中对大型集装箱船的主要船型参数发展的一般趋势,也作了简要叙述。

本文采用灰色信息预测理论对长江汉申线客运量进行预测,建立了长期预测模型。在此基础上,借助随机衡准指标下的船型参数正交设计和方差分析方法,得出适应21世纪初的新型汉申直达双体客船方案。本文还就高速双体船航行于汉申、汉宁及汉浔航线进行了经济可行性探讨。
