The results of the FEM analyses show that 1) the stress distribution, the energy distribution and the extreme load carrying capacity vary considerably as the length of CFS is changed; 2) the lower limit of the optimal length of fibre sheet L/S =0 69(where L is the length of CFS, and S is the distance between two fulcrums) is calculated by the energy variation of the reinforced bar and fiber sheet when loads are applied on the beams; 3) its upper limit L/S =0 83 is obtained through discussion of the stiffness of the RC beams reinforced by CFS. The above results are verified by the three point bending tests in which five groups of fifteen RC beams reinforced by CFS are carried out.

采用有限元分析和试验研究的方法 ,探讨纤维薄板长度对FRP增强钢筋混凝土梁抗弯强度的影响 ,试图找到在满足增强梁抗弯强度前提下的最佳纤维板粘贴长度 ,为该类构件的优化设计奠定理论基础。有限元分析结果表明 ,纤维板粘贴长度不同 ,增强钢筋混凝土梁的应力分布、能量分布及极限承载力等均有较大变化。通过探讨钢筋和纤维板在承载过程中的能量变化 ,推算出纤维板最佳粘贴长度的下限为L/S =0 6 9;通过对试验梁刚度的探讨 ,又求得纤维板最佳粘贴长度的上限为L/S =0 83。上述分析结果在相同条件下进行的 5组 15根增强梁的三点弯曲试验中得到了初步验证。

Some 3point bending experiments on carbon fibersheetreinforced (CFSR) RC beams with Vnotch were carried out, for studying the loadcarrying capacity and its influencing factor, and the fracture process of the beams. The main results show that: 1) the debonding fracture always happens along the interface between the carbon fibersheet (CFS) and concrete member of the reinforced RC beams; 2) the loadcarrying capacity of the CFSR RC beams increases by 20%40%, and during Lc=0.57S (where Lc is the length of CFS, and S is the distance between two fulcrums), the strengthening effect is most evident; 3) the Vnotch can influence greatly the fracture mode of the reinforced RC beams, but the influence on the loadcarrying capacity is less (decreasing 10%~15%).

通过对8组24根碳纤维薄板增强钢筋混凝土梁进行三点弯曲试验,探讨碳纤维薄板增强钢筋混凝土缺口梁的破坏过程、极限承载力及其影响因子.研究结果表明:1)碳纤维薄板增强钢筋混凝土缺口梁总是沿着纤维薄板与混凝土的界面发生剥离破坏;2)与无增强梁相比,增强梁的极限承载力可以提高20%~40%.而且当纤维薄板贴长Lc与两支点间距离S之比为0.57左右时增强效果最明显;3)缺口对梁的破坏模式影响较大,而对梁的极限承载力影响不大(下降10%~15%).
