The capacitive constant current charge circuit of a novel and high efficiency stored energy welding machine is given in this paper.The silicon controlled charge circuit parameters are calculated by microprocessor control.The silicon controlled angles of flow and charge current are continuously and accurately adjustable and the constant current charge are realized,thus the charge efficiency is increased by 95% and the network capacity is reduced by 30 times.

提出了一种新颖高效的储能焊机的电容恒流充电电路,采用微机控制计算可控硅充电电路参数,连续准确调整可控硅导通角,调节充电电流,实现恒流充电,从而提高充电效率达95%,降低电网容量约30倍。
