In control system of intelligent adjusting valve positioner, the gas pressure entering gas chamber of adjusting valve changes with the change of environment temperature and the gas pressure supplied, and the load on the object controlled-adjusting valve is also variable, so it is difficult to build an accurate mathematic model for the controlled process. So the method of CRI reasoning and checking in table in the theory of the fuzzy control is applied in this control system. With this way, building mathematic model for the controlled process is not only spared, but also has a high realtime respondent speed, and the control accuracy is further improved to 0.5% compared with 1% of the traditional control system's. Through testing, this method is feasible. Besides, this paper briefly introduces the composing of the intelligent valve positioner.

在智能阀门定位器控制系统中,由于进入调节阀气室的气压随环境温度和供气压力的变化而变化,被控对象———调节阀所受负载也是变化的,因此要对被控过程建立准确的数学模型较为困难。把模糊控制理论中的CRI推理查表算法应用于该控制系统中,此方法不仅避免建立被控过程数学模型,而且使得该控制系统实时性好,定位精度也由传统阀门定位器的±1%提高到了±0.5%。通过实验证明,该方法是可行的。同时简要介绍了智能阀门定位器的组成。
