At the beginning of reperfusion ,the rotated magnetic field was placed on the bilateral carotid areas for 20min. Results , The PLA2 activity , the ET level of brain tissue and plasma were obvi- ously inhibited. The damag of ultrastructure of nerve cells and blood - brain barrier was slight. Conclu- sions , lt is proved that the rotated magnetic field may inhibit the PLA2 activity and reduce the ET level. lt has a prophylaxis and treatment effect for reperfusion damage after cerebral ischemia.

探讨旋磁场对脑缺血再灌注大鼠磷脂酶A2(PLA2)和内皮素(ET)含量的影响。方法:用四血管阻断法造成大鼠全脑缺血30分钟后,再灌注30分钟,此时大鼠脑组织PLA2活性和脑组织、血浆ET的含量均显著提高,大脑皮层神经细胞和血脑屏障超微结构明显损伤。在大鼠脑缺血30分钟后再灌注开始时,用旋磁场〔0.08T,2500r/min)作用于双侧颈总动脉区20分钟。结果:大鼠脑组织PLA2活性和脑组织、血浆ET含量的增高明显受抑,神经细胞和血脑屏障超微结构的损害程度减轻。结论:旋磁场有抑制PLA2活性和降低ET水平的作用,对脑缺血再灌注损伤有一定的防治作用。

Objective In order to study the effect of rotated magnetic field on Superoxide dismutase(SOD)、Malonyl dialdehyde(MDA)、Prostacylin(PGI 2)、Thromboxane A(TXA 2) and hemorrheology in rats during the blood reperfusion after cerebral ischemia.Methods 36 rats were equally divided into control group,reperfusion group and rotated magnetic group.Control group rats were taken false operation.Other two groups rats formed the cerebral ischemia from biliteral carotid occlusion by splint for 30 min,then relaxation 30 min to give reperfusion.The experimental rats were treated with rotated magnetic field on biliteral carotid areas 60 min at beginning of ischemia.Before and after the treatment,the hemorrheology and above biochemistry items in blood were observed.Results The SOD and PGI 2 level of rotated magnetic group was respectively (172.53±9.15)NU/ml and (801.88±122.70)pg/ml,the SOD and PGI 2 of reperfusion group was (162.34±7.50)NU/ml and (548.08±128.15)pg/ml.Comparison was made between two groups.The effect of rotated magnetic field group to SOD and PGI 2 was obviously superior to reperfusion group(P<0.05~0.01).After magnetic treatment,the MDA,TXA 2 and hemotocrit were reduced,the erythrocyte aggregation and deformability was also improved.Conclusion It is suggested that the rotated magnetic field may decrease free radicals,blood viscosity and regulate the ratio of TXA 2/PGI 2 to improve the blood circulation.It has a prophylaxis and treatment effect for treating the reperfusion damage after cerebral ischemia.

In order to study the effect of constant magnetic field on rats during the blood reperfusion after cerebral ischemia. we formed the cerebral ischemia model according to smith's method, then treated them by 40 mT constant magnetic field. Ten days later, the hemorrheology, NO, NOS and GSH-PX were observed. The results show that constant magnetic field can improved GSH-PX activity and hemorrheology, reduce No and NOS level. It has treatment effect for the reperfusion damage after ischemia.

本研究通过建立大鼠前脑缺血再灌注损伤模型,然后应用恒磁场进行照射,10天后眼球取血,断头取脑观察其血液流变学指标,NO(一氧化氮)、NOS(一氧化氮合成酶)、GSH-PX(谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶)含量影响。实验结果表明,恒定磁场通过降低血液粘度,改善血液循环状态;降低NO对神经细胞的毒性作用;升高GSH-PX的活力,维持一定量的GSH对血脑屏障的保护作用,减轻缺血后脑水肿,对脑缺血再灌注损伤起到一定的保护作用。
