In the idiogramma-tic presentation of G-banding pattern, all the regions and bands of each pair of chromosomes are designated and described with slight modifications for the landmark system. Up to 444 bands were detected per haploid set, including the X and Y chromosomes, a number nearly two times as much as that in banded metaphase chromosomes.

采用氨甲喋呤或胸苷阻断法使细胞分裂同步化,并结合胰酶G-带技术,对中国7个家猪品种高分辨G-带进行了研究,发现家猪品种间带型基本一致,从而参照人类细胞遗传学命名法的国际体制,提出了中国家猪高分辨G-带标准化核型及模式图,对显带核型界标进行了少许修改,对每对染色体进行了区带划分和描述。单倍染色体组所显示的G-带数目,包括X和Y染色体,巳达444条,近于中期染色体带纹数目的两倍。

AbstractChromosome study was made in 30 specimens ofgiant cell tumor of bone(GCT)and osteosarcoma(OS).In 15 tumors, karyotypes were satisfactorilymade for chromosome analysis,including 13 GCTs,one OS and one cell-line of same. The karyotypes of allcells were recognized and described according to the in-ternational system for human cytogenetic nomencla-ture,Karyotype analysis showed that GCT differs fromOS both in numerical chromosomal aberrations and instructural chromosomal aberrations.The number ofchromosome of GCT concentrated on diploidor subdi-ploid,with the exception of some superdiploid, whilethat of OS concentrated on superdiploid or subtriploid.Terminal detion of chromosome was the most com-mon cytogenetic event in GCT. This resulted in telom-ere-to-telomere translocations and dicentric chromo-somes. Eight of the thirteen successfullyanalyzed GCTspecimens demonstrated telometric fusion or dicentricchromosomes. Superdiploid karyotype was found in sixGCTs.Contrast study with DNA flow cytometryshowed that the numerical aberrations were consistentwith DNA content of GCT.The other structural chro-mosomal aberrations were ring chromosome,markercbromosome and double minute chromatin bodies etc.The correlation between the chromosome changes andprognosis in GCT has not yet been determined,be-cause of the short term of this study. The cytogeneticchanges of Osteosarcoma were much more complicated.The common chromosome structural aberrations weretranslocation,deletion,maker chromosome and doubleminute chromatin bodies etc.

骨巨细胞瘤(GCT)染色体的数目集中于二倍体,部分病例出现超二倍体或多倍体核型。末端缺失是GCT中最常见的染色体结构异常,由此导致端端易位,形成双着丝粒,甚至三着丝粒染色体。本组有8例GCT出现未端融合或双着丝粒染色体,6例发现有多倍体核型。与流式细胞DNA定量对比研究发现染色体数目畸变与DNA含量有一致的关系。在GCT中,其它可见的染色体畸变有环状染色体、标记染色体、双微体等。由于研究时间尚短,有关GCT中染色体改变与预后之间的关系尚不能确定。

Objective:To study the cytogenetic changes of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) subclone CNE 2Z H5 in transplanted tumor with highly lymphatic metastasis in nude mice and to probe into the relationship between these changes and the biological behaviors of NPC.Methods:Chromosomes were G banded and then karyotypes were analysed with an international system for human cytogenetic nomenclature(ISCN).Results:The chromosome number of CNE 2Z H5 in transplanted tumor cells varied from 64 to 103 and the modal number from 80 to 83.The cells were aneuploid,mostly hypotetraploid,and contained many consis tently or frequently found marker chromosomes whose banding patterns were too complicated to be recognized as a result of several structural aberrations.Conclusion:Compared with CNE 2Z H5,the transplanted tumor has a wider range of chromosome number abnormalities and a smaller modal number,suggesting that the difference may correlate with its behavior of highly lymphatic metastasis.

目的:研究鼻咽癌克隆株CNE-2Z-H5高淋巴道转移裸鼠移植瘤离体培养细胞的细胞遗传学改变并探讨这种改变与肿瘤生物学特性之间的关系。方法:染色体G显带后按人类细胞遗传学国际命名体制(ISCN)进行核型分析。结果:高淋巴道转移移植瘤的染色体数目在64~103之间,众数为80~83。梁色体数目呈非整倍性变化,多数为亚四倍体,并有众多恒定或经常出现的标记染色体,其带型复杂难以辨认,为多次结构畸变的产物。结论:与CNE-2Z-H5相比较,移植瘤的染色体数目畸变范围较广,众数也有所减少,提示可能与其高淋巴道转移特性有关
