采用卡特尔16PF人格量表,对大学优等生和学 业不良学生共计99人进行了测量和比较,结果表明:大学优等生和学业不良学生在稳定性、 怀疑性、幻想性和自律性因素上存在着显著差异,在应用人格因素方面,从事专业有成就的 人格因素和学习成长能力因素上也存在显著差异,说明认知因素并不是造成大学生学习成就 高低的最主要因素,非认知因素与认知因素 一样都会对学生的学业成就产生重要影响,甚至导致学生未来职业生涯作出的成就高低。

To explore the personality traits of disability students with 16PF in chemistry learning. Results show that:six factors had significant difference between chemistry excellent students and learning disabilities. The personality traits of chemistry learning disabilities also had significant difference between sex and background.

通过对化学学业不良学生16PF人格特征的调查研究发现,化学学业不良学生与化学优等生在聪慧性等6个方面存在显著性差异;此外,化学学业不良学生的人格特征在性别、城乡等方面也表现为差异显著。

A particular student with particular teaching is one of the principles in modern education methodology, according to whose object different ability teaching has been newly born in recent physical education reform. Disability students in physical practice are a common phenomenon in various schools. This article is to discuss theoretically and practically its feasibility on transferring disability students through different ability teaching.

因材施教原则是现代教学论中一条重要原则,按照其目标试行的“差异教学”是近年来体育教学改革中涌现出来的新事物。“体育差生”是各类学校共存在的一个问题,本文试从理论与实践上探讨实施“差异教学”转化“体育差生”的可行性。
