Comparing the computation made by the thermodynamic and hydrologic equations. it is known that an improved Kuo-type Krishnamurti regression scheme is an insufficient application for the mid-and-lower reaches of the Yangtze River Valley. Comparing the computation made by the thermodynamic and hydrologic equations. it is known that an improved Kuo-type Krishnamurti regression scheme is an insufficient application for the mid-and-lower reaches of the Yangtze River Valley. An improved Kuo type parameterization scheme, therefore, is designed in view of the fact that the local cumulus and stratiform clouds interact in coexistence. It is characterized by 1) the criteria for the generation of cumulus convection is regional; 2) Krishnamurti's convective parameters, which are strongly physically significant are obtained directly from realtime data rather than statistic regression, in addition to the easy applicability seen in the Kuo-type; and 3) the processes are considered physically to incorporate cumulu-scale convection (interaction between cumulus and stratiform clouds) into the parameters without the presence of any microphysical equations. The computation shows that the improved scheme has great positive effects on diagnostic analyses.

通过对热力学方程和水汽方程两端作计算的对比,指出Kuo-Type参数化方案的一种改进型Krishnamurti回归方案在长江中下游地区应用的不足之处,同时结合本地区的积层云共存及相互作用的事实,以实用性为目的,提出一种改进的Kuo-Type参数化方案。它具有以下特点:积云对流发生的判据具有区域特点;采用Krishnamurti的具有明确物理意义的对流参数,但不从统计回归中求得,而是直接由“实时资料”求得,且仍保持着Kuo-Type方案的简单易行性;在不引入任何微物理方程的情况下,从物理意义上考虑这些过程,从而把积云尺度对流(积、层云相互作用)引入参数化中。计算结果表明,这种改进方案,在诊断分析中有明显的优点。

In view of the mechanism of development of severe convective storms , the physical concepts and the calculating methods of several convective parameters related with buoyant energy and vertical wind shear are introduced. A case is studied in detail.The results indicate that some parameters may serve as forecaster parameters for severe convective storms.

文章结合强对流天气发生发展的物理机制 ,介绍了与浮力能和风切变有关的几个对流参数的物理概念和计算方法 ,并结合具体个例分析了这些参数在强对流天气潜势预测中的作用。
