The creep crack growth behavior of IN-100 alloy with various heat treatments was studied at 650℃ and 700℃. The results show that the creep crack growth rates are strongly dependent upon the microstructure. A large grain size, serrated grain boundaries without carbides, and large γ' precipitates within the grains, will markedly improve the creep crack growth resistance of IN-100 alloy.

本工作研究了IN-100合金,经不同热处理制度处理后,合金在650℃和700℃下的蠕变裂纹长大行为。研究结果表明:合金的显微组织结构对蠕变裂纹长大速率有重大的影响。没有碳化物沉淀相的波状弯曲晶界、粗大的晶内Υ′相沉淀,将显著地改善IN-100合金的蠕变裂纹长大阻力。

The higher fracture toughness and the striation mechanism of fatigue crack propagation of 40MnB are correlated closely with micro structural changes resulting due from presence of boron.

本文对40MnB、40Cr两种中碳钢低温回火马氏体的力学性能及疲劳裂纹扩展进行了对比研究。揭示了这两种钢在相近的高强度状态疲劳裂纹扩展行为及沿晶、穿晶断裂机制对裂纹扩展速度的影响。结果表明,微量合金元素硼改变了裂纹扩展途径和扩展方式,从而降低了疲劳裂纹扩展速率。40MnB钢较高的断裂韧性K_(IC)和断口显示的疲劳裂纹扩展机制,与硼所引起的组织精细结构的变化有密切关系。
