 Calli were induced from immature embryos, yong inflorescences and mature embryos of 42 rice varieties (Genotypes). Media of M1, M2 and M3 were used for callus induction. The calli were tranferred to the media (D1 and D2) for plant regeneration after subcutlure. Statistical analysese showed that M1 ahd M2 were all better than M3 for callus inducing. D1 was more effective than D2 in plant regeneration. Dongye 1, P16, P11 , P10 and P23 were screened as genotypes with high culture ability.  以42个水稻品种为材料,采用幼胚、幼穗与成熟胚三种外植体,分别接种于M_1、M_2和M_3三种培养基上诱导愈伤组织,继代培养后,再转入二种分化培养基D_1与ID_2上诱导再生植株。通过统计分析,筛选出再生绿苗率高的基因型有东野1、P_16、P_11、P_10与P_23等五个:外植体选用幼胚最佳,幼穗次之;愈伤组织诱导基以M_1与M_3效果较好;分化培养基D_1的诱导再分化能力高于D_2。  The effects of components of hormone and different concentration of agar in medium on culture ability were studied. The result showed that:(1)There was a significant difference in the culture ability between varieties (genotypes). 99 WT15 showed a extremely high capacity of induction, with the induction rate of 93.0%. But Zhongyouzao81's was only 63.0%,30% less than that of 99 WT15's;while Zhongzao16 showed a relatively high capacity of differentiation,with the differentiation rate of 62.0%. Those... Those of Zhongyouzao 81 and 99 WT15's were much poorer, 22.5% and 15.6%, respectively. (2) Basal medium had not obvious effect on the rate of induction, but had a significant effect on the rate of subsequent differentiation. Namely, the rate of differentiation of M 8's was much higher than that of N 6's. (3)The components of hormone in differentiation medium influenced the rate of differentiation, greatly. The result indicates that 2mg/L 6 BA and 1mg/L NAA is much better than 2mg/L KT and 1mg/L NAA. the rate of differentiation enhanced about 11.9%. (4) Raising the concentration of agar was favorable for the differentiation of mature embryo callus. The rate of differentiation of 2% agar's is 4 30.8% higher than that of 1% agar's, 13.2% on the average.  以四个籼稻优质米品种的成熟胚为外植体研究了培养基中的激素成分及琼脂浓度对培养力的影响。结果表明 :( 1)成熟胚组织培养力在品种间存在明显差异 ,99 WT15的诱导率最高 ,达 93.0 % ,而中优早 81仅为 6 3.0 % ,相差 30 % :分化率以中早 16最高 ,达 6 2 .0 % ,而中优早 81和 99 WTI5较低 ,分别为 2 2 .5 %和 15 .6 %。 ( 2 )基本培养基对诱导率无明显影响 ,但对分化率有后续效应 ,诱导培养基中以 M8为基本培养基比以 N6要高。 ( 3)分化培养基中的激素配比对分化率的影响较大 ,2 mg/ L 6  BA与 1mg/ L NAA配比优于 2 mg/ L KT与 1mg/ L NAA配比 ,分化率提高了 11.9%。( 4)提高琼脂浓度有利于成熟胚愈伤组织的分化 ,2 %琼脂浓度的分化率比 1%琼脂浓度的分化率提高 4.3%～ 30 .8% ,平均提高 13.2 %。
