This paper analyzes word boundary detection in the presence of noise. At low signal to noise ratios, speech and noise have different energy distributions in the frequency domain, even though the energy distribution in the time domain is similar for speech and noise. Time frequency energy have been used for speech detection in noisy environments. But the frequency bands used by previous methods are high energy speech bands which do not consider the noise energy distribution....

This paper analyzes word boundary detection in the presence of noise. Time frequency energy have been used for speech detection in noisy environments. But the frequency bands used by previous methods are high energy speech bands which do not consider the noise energy distribution. In this paper, the Mel scale band energy is linearly mapped into a one dimensional sub space, which preserves the speech and noise separability as much as possible. The energy in the mapped sub space is called the Linear Mapping Sub Band Energy ( E LMBE ). Experiments show that E LMBE outperforms the time domain energy and the time frequency energy when used for word boundary detection in noisy environments.

研究噪声环境下的语音端点检测问题。在低信噪比下 ,虽然噪声和语音的频谱分布不同 ,但是传统语音检测算法使用的时域能量没有描述能量在各频域子带的分布 ,对于语音和噪声没有很好的区分性。以前提出的基于时间 -频率的能量参数利用频域的限带能量加上时域能量来进行噪声中的语音检测。但是它们选择频带的依据是语音信号的高能量子带 ,而没有考虑噪声的子带能量分布。该文提出的语音检测方法同时考虑语音和噪声的频域能量分布 ,采用线性映射的方法将 Mel滤波器组的子带能量特征空间映射到噪声和语音最有区分性的一维子空间 ,得到新的特征参数 EL MBE进行语音检测。实验结果表明 ,在噪声环境下基于线性映射的能量参数比时域能量 ,基于时间 -频率的能量有更好语音检测性能。

After analyzing Fourth Order Cumulant (FOC) of harmonic signals, we divide the FOC into three parts. One is the FOC of the cubic frequency (phase) coupling components of the signals. The second is the FOC of the double frequency (phase) coupling components of the signals, which is proposed by us first. The last is the FOC of the rest components of the signals. On the bases of the study, the FOC diagonal slice is used to extract the cubic frequency (phase) coupling feature, double frequency (phase) coupling feature...

In terms of the features, the three type ships are classified by means of artificial neural network. The correct classification rates of A, B and C ships are 92.5%, 92.7%, 88.6%, respectively. The results shows the method is effective and practical.

从理论上分析了四阶累积量的特性,由此将四阶累积量分为三部分:第一为三次频率(相位)耦合部分的四阶累积量,第二是双对频率(相位)耦合(ω1+ω=ω3+ω4)部分的四阶累积量,第三为无上述两种耦合部分的四阶累积量。在此基础上,用四阶累积量的对角切片分析并提取了实际舰船辐射噪声的三次频率(相位)耦合特征、双对频率(相位)耦合特征以及子带“能量”分布特征,并将这些特征送入神经网络分类器对舰船进行分类识别,取得了A,B,C三类舰船正确识别率分别为92.5%,92.7%,88.6%的良好效果,从而验证了该方法的有效性和实用性。

In this paper a human face recognition method using wavelet package, clustering analysis and scaling SVM is presented. First, we use wavelet package to decompose the image for two times, and the feature vector is composite of every sub-band energy. Second, in order to reduce the samples of SVM, the clustering analysis is necessary. Then feature vectors are scaled before they are input to SVM, in order to reduce computation and improve veracity. 提出了用小波包变换、聚类分析和缩放支持向量机进行人脸识别的方法。首先 ,用小波包对图象进行 2层分解 ,提取每个子频带的能量组成向量为该图象的特征 ;其次 ,对待识别图象进行聚类分析 ,以减少进入支持向量机的样本数 ;然后 ,在特征向量输入支持向量机之前先进行缩放处理 ,以减少运算量和提高识别准确率 ;最后 ,用支持向量集合距离度量进行人脸识别。实验表明 :采用本文的方法 ,识别的正确率可达 98%。
