The stress wave factor (SWF) technique is a newly developed one used for evaluating composite material damages.This paper discusses the theoretical amalysis of the input output of ultrasonic transmitting and receiving transducers, when the technique is applied to beam type structures.Introducing some assumptions,the equations of motion of the problem are first developed.Then,by using multiple integral transform method,the explicit expression for the input output of the transmitting and receiving transducers is obtained in the frequency domain.Based on this,by using some analvtical methods and the fast fourier transform (FFT) technique,the time history of the receiving transducer output is examined.Finally, some valuable conclusions are derived from theoretical analysis and numerical calculations.

应力波因子技术是近几年发展起来的评估复合材料损伤的新技术,本文讨论了该技术应用于梁类构件时超声发射换能器与超声接收换能器输入-输出的理论分析问题。通过引入简化假设首先建立起问题的方程,然后借助于多重积分变换方法获得了发射换能器与接收换能器输入-输出关系的频域显式表达式。以此为基础进一步应用解析方法和快速傅里叶变换(FFT)数值方法对接收换能器的时域输出特征进行了理论分析和数值计算。根据本文的分析与计算,最后得出了一些有益的结论

应力波因子技术是近几年来发展起来的复合材料损伤监测的新技术。该文根据应力波在蜂窝夹层结构中传播的特点 ,首次提出了一种基于最小二乘法拟合处理的应力波因子提取技术 ,以剔除应力波的传播距离对监测波形峰值的影响 ,突出损伤的作用。实验结果表明 ,该应力波因子法不但可以对蜂窝夹层结构中的损伤实现主动、在线监测 ,而且还能表征损伤的程度。
