Effects of several main technical parameters during winding process on F 12/RE14 composite material performance of Φ 150 mm pressure vessels are discussed.Experimental results show that with “crisscross” winding method and 30% to 40% of resin content and 150 N to 200 N of winding tension for a fiber strand and GPC chart analysis to determine curing time,better comprehensive performance of the composite materials can be obtained.In addition,test results for Φ 480 mm pressure vessels with optimized parameters show that the PV/W can reach up to 37.02 km and the ratio of transforming strength of the F 12 fiber can come up to 73.26%.

研究讨论了缠绕过程中几种主要工艺参数对F— 12纤维 /RE14配方Φ15 0mm压力容器复合材料性能的影响。结果表明 :采用“交替”铺层方式缠绕成型 ,含胶量控制在 30 %~ 4 0 % (质量分数 ) ,缠绕张力控制在 15 0N~ 2 0 0N ,采用GPC谱图控制固化时机 ,得到的复合材料综合性能较好 ;用优化出的工艺参数进行了Φ4 80mm压力容器试验 ,结果表明其容器特性系数PV/W值为 37.0 2km ,纤维强度转化率高达73.2 6 %。

Through the acceleration experiment of this new type materials-PAP-D composite material of aluminum foil and plastic film under hot condition, the effect of temperature on composite material performance is analyzed .And the lifespan of material is estimated under normal conditions, the result shows that the lifespan is more than thirty years.

 复合材料一般由多种成分组合而成,温度的升高会引起各组分的膨胀,如果各组分的膨胀系数不一样,会引起复合材料的热应力疲劳。对PAP D型铝塑复合材料进行了热老化试验,分析了温度对复合材料性能的影响。并以试验所得数据为基础对该材料在正常条件下的使用寿命进行评估,其寿命大于30年。
