目前 ,我国引进的一般商业性的 SPM(扫描探针显微镜 )中缺少误差的自动修正和改进系统 .为了解决这一问题 ,研制了一软件系统 ,该系统可对标准样品—— HOPG的测量图像进行滤波处理 ,求出原子的边缘和重心 ,以及原子重心的平均距离及其均方根误差 ,为实现 SPM的测量误差的自动修正奠定基础
