The thermal properties,flowabilities,mechanical properties and electrical properties of CF/PP composite materials are studied.The experiments show that the melting point,cristallinity,tensile strength and conductive property of composite materials increase with the increase of CF content.As CF content is (25~35)%.The composite materials has a optimum reinforcing effect.But,with the increase of CF content,both flowability and impact strength decrease.

在聚丙烯熔点附近,针对聚乙烯膜与丙纶无纺布直接热合,且快速冷却制造复合防水卷材的方法进行了研究.同时,探讨了复合温度及压力对聚乙烯/丙纶复合防水卷材性能的影响.结果表明:当复合温度为 170℃左右,复合压力为 0.7~0.8MPa,牵引速度为2.33~2.35m/min时,复合效果最佳.

Melt rheological behavior of the PP/nanoSiO2 composite materials were studied with capillary rheometer.Influences of composition of the composite materials,shear stress and shearing rate on melt rheological behavior and melt viscosity were discussed.NonNewtonian index(n),melt flow rate(MFR) and swelling ratio of the melt were measured.Results showed that PP/nanoSiO2 composite materials were pseudoplastic fluid.Melt viscosity of the materials increased with the increasing of the nanoSiO2 content,however,n and MFR decreased with the increasing of the nanoSiO2 content.At the same shear stress,swelling ratio decreased with the increasing of nanoSiO2 content in PP composite materials.The results of mechanical properties showed that the addition of nanoSiO2 increased mechanical properties of the PP.The morphology of PP/nanoSiO2 composite materials were investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and polarized optical microscope(POM).Both SEM and POM micrographs demonstrated that nanoSiO2 had the effects of toughing and reinforcing on PP.

以毛细管流变仪研究了PP/纳米SiO2复合材料熔体的流变行为,讨论了复合材料的组成、剪切应力和剪切速率对熔体流变行为、熔体粘度的影响,测定了熔体的非牛顿指数、熔体流动速率和膨胀比。结果表明:PP/纳米SiO2复合材料属假塑性流体,其熔体粘度随纳米SiO2含量的增加而增大,非牛顿指数和熔体流动速率均随纳米SiO2含量的增加而减小;在恒定剪切应力下,膨胀比随纳米SiO2含量的增加而减小。对复合材料的力学性能测试结果表明:纳米SiO2对PP的力学性能有显著改善作用。以扫描电镜和偏光显微镜研究了复合材料的相态学,其结果进一步证明了纳米SiO2对PP具有增强增韧作用。
