A new method of on- line measuring straightness error of workoiece and tool motion is researched in this paper Some mathematical models of 3-point method EST are presented Principle of choosing parameter is determined and computer imitation is made.The results show that measuring precision is elevated and sequential computer control is easy by means of 3-point method of EST.

研究了一种在线检测工件和机床导轨直线度误差新方法,推导三测头EST数学模型。进而确定参数选择原则,并进行了计算机仿真。研究结果表明,三点法EST应用于直线度误差在线测量,大大提高测量精度,便于微机适时控制。

Three point method EST in time-domain is studied on the basis of the research in three point method EST in frequency-domain. A new computer precise algorithm of the minimum zone method- "composing a sealed raised polygon" is also put forward.Under the two situations of direct effect and indirect effect of sampling values,gives the corresponding evaluating formulas of the uncertainty of measurement of straightness error according to the scattering of deviation of the samples.

讨论了在直线度误差测量中应注意遵循的几个原则:测量值直接作用原则、测量线与工作线一致原则和两测头联线垂直被测风面原则;建议以最小包容区域计算机精确算法作为今后评定直线度误差的主要方法;提出了一种新的最小包容区域计算机精确算法—“构造封闭凸多边形法”;在采样点测量值直接作用和非直接作用两种情况下,根据其采样点偏差值的分布,给出了相应的直线度误差的测量下确定度评定公式。
