A detailed study has been carried out on the new synthetic reaction of poly (p-xyl-ylene carbonate) from potassium carbonate and p-xylylene dichloride by using binarg catalysts consisting of quaternary ammonium salt and potassium iodide.The effects of solvent,catalyst,temperature and time on polymer yield and molecular weight are all examined in this paper.Acetonitrile as solvent with benzyl triethyl ammonium chloride and potassium iodide give the best yield (80.6%) and relatively high molecular weight products.The rate of polymerization increased with temperature in the range of the boiling point of acetonitrile.At 80℃ both molecular weight and yield gradully increased with time to an apparantly asymptotic value at 48 hours.The yield increased with the ratio of BTEAC to K2CO3 increased to maximumat 1/5 (molar) and then (BTEAC/K2 CO3 >1/4) decreased slightly.The structure of product is confirmed by the infrared spectrum and 'H-NMR spectrum.The inherent viscosity of polymer is measured at a concentration of 2g/dL in 1,1,2,2-tetrachloroethane at 41±0.5℃,

本文研究了以碳酸钾、对二氯甲基苯(PXDC)为原料,用苄基三乙基氯化铵(BTEAC)/碘化钾双催化剂合成聚对苯二亚甲基碘酸酯(PC)的新工艺。产物用IR、~1H-NMR、〔η〕、M_n及溶解度进行表征。对影响聚合反应的诸因素,如溶剂、反应温度与时间、催化剂的种类与用量作了较详细的考察。研究结果表明,以乙腈为溶剂,BTEAC/KCO_3(摩尔比)为1/5,在80±2℃,磁力搅拌反应36小时,得到转化率为80.6%的聚碳酸酯。并对双催化聚合机理作了初步探讨。

The effects of kinds of oxidants and the concentration of oxidant (NH_4)_2S_2O_8, HC1 and monomer on aniline polymerization have been investigated. The products were characterized by FTIR,elemental analysis and conductivity measurements. The results show that the polymerization conditions affect not only the polymer yield, but also its conductivity and molecular structure. The experimental conditions to obtain the polyaniline with higher conductivity is outlined.

本文研究了氧化剂浓度、聚合溶液酸浓度、苯胺浓度以及氧化剂种类对苯胺化学氧化聚合的影响.结果表明,聚合条件的改变强烈地影响聚合物收率、电导率以及分子结构.本文初步给出了合成具有较高电导率聚苯胺的实验条件范围.
