Wear test were carried out in the conditions of different normal loads, rotating speed and two kinds of drilling mud with solid-phase content 0.02wt% and 0.13wt% respectively. The operation surfaces were examined with scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray potential spectroscopy (XPS).The test results show that the solid-phase content of drilling mud are the important cause of wet abrasion of polymer and the wear resistance of NRB is much better than that of PTFE in drilling mud.

采用销盘式试验机对聚四氟乙烯和丁腈橡胶的磨损特性进行了研究。试件浸入水或钻井泥浆中,在不同的正压力和转速下进行试验。在试验中,还采用了固相含量分别为0.02%和0.13%(重量百分比)的两种泥浆。磨损表面用扫描电镜和X射线能谱仪进行了观察。试验结果表明,泥浆的固相含量对高分子材料的湿磨粒磨损起着重要作用,丁腈橡胶在泥浆中的抗磨性比聚四氟乙烯好得多。

The tribological characteristics of Fluosopolymer alloy(F50-1) at high temperature were experimentally studied with a pin-disc-type apparatus. The results show that the wear resistance of F50-1 is as same as that of PTFE, under the conditions of high temperature (100???CCCCCCCCC), high specific-pressure(4~6.9N/mm2) and drilling mud with high solid-phase content (3%). F50-1 is unsuitable for the material of sliding pair of turbo drilling tool.

本文总结了中原石油勘探局勘探公司使用深井压塞液的经验教训,对测声波仪器遇阻问题进行了分析。结果表明,形成假水泥塞引起声波测井仪器遇阻的主要原因是:①压塞液抗温能力差,引起高温增稠或减稠;②压塞液固相含量高,抗水泥污染的能力弱;③压塞液用量少,隔离水泥浆的效果差。
