液动射流冲击器冲锤受力具有不受围压影响能在深井工作的优点,而现有气动冲击器单次冲击功大但无法在深孔中钻进。为此研究一种新型气动射流冲击器,使之具有二者优点。由于气液物性不同,故新型气动射流冲击器的核心部件——气动射流元件的切换性能需进行研究。改变气动射流元件喷嘴宽度、劈型进行试验,研究其对射流切换性能的影响,结果是喷嘴宽度较小的凹劈元件易实现射流切换。
