An expert control system of resistance welding is introduced in this paper. The resistance welding control system achieves complicated mechanic actions. The industrial computer which equips multi-function board -PCL-818HD gathers current from spot welding machine with high rate and completes the high precision of constant current control, which can guarantee the quality of the welding. In this system, expert-PID algorithm is adopted to make the current constant in the welding process.
