Results CT virtual cystoscopy could show the normal anatomical structures of the urinary bladder. All lesions of the bladder were delected In 1 1 patients except 2, and proved by cystoscopy. Condusion CT rirtal cysloscopy may represent a useful adjunet to cysloscopy in the bladder examination.

目的 探讨CT仿真膀胱内窥镜成像技术的临床应用价值。材料和方法 对17例患者的膀胱充盈高密度造影剂,然后行螺旋CT容积扫描。17例中12例经静脉注射造影剂,半小时后进行扫描;另4例经导尿管注入造影剂后立即扫描。将获得的容积数据经软件处理成仿真内窥镜影像,并与膀胱镜及手术结果比较。结果 CT仿真膀胱内窥镜能够显示膀胱内壁、输尿管口及憩室内壁。9例膀胱移行上皮细胞癌中,仅1例病灶呈广泛粟粒状而漏诊。另1例膀胱炎亦漏诊。结论 CT仿真膀胱内窥镜可作为膀胱镜的补充手段,有其一定的优越性,尤适用于不宜做膀胱镜检查者。

Objective To investigate the methods, imaging and clinical value of CT virtual cystoscopy (CTVC). Methods Twenty six patients underwent volume scanning using helical CT. Results CTVC diagnosed vesical carcinoma in 13 cases, including diameter>1 cm 10 cases, diameter<1 cm 3 cases, diameter minimum 5 mm; vesical diverticulum 2, ureter cyst 3, prostatauxe 3; normal 5. The diagnosis of CTVC were identical with those of fibre cystoscopy except that one prostatauxe was diagnosed in error as vesical carcinoma. Conclusion CTVC has proved to be a non invasive and reliable methods in the diagnosis of bladder diseases including vesical tumor, vesical diverticulum, ureter cyst and so on.

目的 研究CT仿真膀胱镜 (CTVC)的检查方法、成像技术、镜下表现及临床应用价值。方法 用螺旋CT对 2 6例患者膀胱行容积扫描 ,利用Navigator软件对容积扫描数据进行三维重建 ,形成仿真膀胱内窥镜 (CTVC)的影像 ,应用FlyThrough软件多角度观察膀胱 ,全部病例均行纤维膀胱镜检查。结果 CTVC诊断膀胱癌 13例 ,其中直径大于 1cm 10例 ,直径小于 1cm 3例 ,最小者直径5mm ;膀胱憩室 2例 ;输尿管囊肿 3例 ;前列腺增生 3例 ;正常 5例。除 1例前列腺增生误诊为膀胱癌外 ,其余与纤维膀胱镜检查结果均符合。结论 CTVC对膀胱肿瘤、膀胱憩室及输尿管囊肿等膀胱疾病的诊断是一种较可靠的非侵入性检查手段。

Objective To study the technique and clinical applications of the virtual cystoscopy bassed on spiral CT scan Methods Spiral CT scans were done in 15 patients with clinically confirmed bladder tumor. The images of the vesical inner walls were reconstructed by the redealing function of the computer with spiral CT scandatasets. Results Bladder tumors were observed in all the 15 patients including 2 missed on fiberoptic cystoscopy. Conclusions Virtual cystoscopy bassed on spiral CT scan is an efficacious and noninvasive technique,which can be served as a supplement to fiberoptic cystoscopy.

目的 评价CT仿真内窥镜技术 (CTVE)在诊断膀胱肿瘤中的价值。 方法 对 15例拟诊膀胱肿瘤患者行螺旋CT扫描 ,将获得的CT容积数据进行后处理 ,重建类似纤维膀胱镜的图像。结果  15例均示膀胱肿瘤 ,其中 2例病灶位于纤维膀胱镜检的盲区。 结论 CTVE为一种无创检查 ,无盲区 ,可观察到肿瘤浸润深度 ,但缺乏组织特异性 ,不能进行活检 ,故不能完全替代纤维膀胱镜。
