We evalnted the affecting sequence and degree ef the pretreatment of antigen and microelisa plates, the blocking solutions, as well as times and temperatures of coating antigen for the experimental results by the orthogonal test. The result shows that the steps of blocking and pretreatmemt are very important in ELISA. The most condition chosen from the orthogonal test is superior to the routine methods... The high efficent catalyst Pd-Al2O3 containing 0.5%Pd for reaction between H2 and O2 toform H2O was prepared,and the characteristics of the catalyst were determined.The equipmentsof enlarged scale experiment were made and set up.The catalyst and the best operating conditionfor recombination of hydrogen and oxygen chosen in small-scale experiment were tested.It wasfounnd that the results obtained in enlarged scale experiment agreed with the results obtained insmall-scale experiment completely. The catalyst Pd-Al2O3 prepared by us had very goodcharacteristics. The efficiency of recombination of H2 and O2 was high,with recombination rate ofhydrogen higher than 98.3%,and recombination rate of oxygen higher than 99. 98 %. After recombination the concentrations of H2 and O2 in waste gas were O2<3× 10-6 ,H2<400 × 10-6(in volume)respectively, The catalyst Pd-Al2O3 and operating condition chosen forgaseous waste processing of nuclear power plant were satisfactory. 在核电站废气中氢氧复合研究小型试验[1]的基础上进行了扩大试验。研制了适合于核电站工艺废气处理中氢氧复合用的高效催化剂,测定了催化剂的物理化学性能,加工和安装了扩大试验的设备系统,考核验证了小型试验所优选的催化剂和最佳工艺条件。结果表明,扩大试验所取得的结果与小型试验结果完全一致。氢氧复合率均很高,氢的复合率>98.3%,氧的复合率>99.9896,复合后气体中氢氧含量都很低,O2<3×10-6,H2<400×10-6(体积)。完全能满足核电站工艺废气处理中氢氧复合的要求。
