应用放射免疫分析法和侧脑室微量注射技术,观察了精氨酸加压素(AVP)对急性缺血性脑水肿的作用。结果表明,沙土鼠脑缺血15~120min,皮层、纹状体、下丘脑的 AVP 含量均明显升高,缺血不明显的桥延部,AVP 含量则无明显变化;且缺血不同时间的皮层 AVP 含量与皮层水肿呈非常显著的相关性.侧脑室注射AVP 后,缺血性皮层水肿显著加重,并表现为良好的剂量-效应依赖关系.而侧脑室注射 AVP 抗血清后,缺血性皮层水肿明显减轻。提示 AVP 参与了急性缺血性脑水肿的病理生理过程.脑缺血时,脑内 AVP 含量的升高,可加重或促进缺血性脑水肿的形成.

The contents of oxytocin (OT) and somatostatin (SS) in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) were determined by radioimmunoassy in 30 pati- ents with acute cerebral infarction.The results showed that the OT and SS of CSF were significantly increased as compared with the control.The OT contents of CSF were much higher in severe cases than that of mild cases, and the contents of SS and OT in the large volume of the cerebral infarc- tion demonstrated by CT scanning were also higher than that in the small volume of the infarction.These...

本文应用放射免疫分析法对30例急性脑梗塞患者脑脊液(CSF)中催产素(OT)和生长抑素(SS)含量的变化进行了观察。结果表明,脑梗塞患者 CSF 中 OT,SS 含量均显著高于对照组,且脑梗塞病情重者 OT 含量明显高于轻者.头颅 CT 示脑梗塞体积大者 OT 和 SS 含量又显著高于体积小者。结果提示,OT 和 SS 可能参与急性缺血性脑损伤的病理生理过程,故测定 CSF 中 OT 和 SS 含量可反映缺血性脑损伤的严重程度,以及时指导临床治疗.

It is suggested that leukocytes might be involved in the patho-physiological process of acute ischemic brain damage, ts mechanisms and route of activation were discussed briefly.

测定44例急性缺血性中风患者周围血白细胞计数、白细胞激活、白细胞脂质过氧化物(Lpo)和C_3,结果显示,患者白细胞计数和健康对照组无显著差异,白细胞激活明显高于对照组(137.94±38.86U/L对98.22±20.29U/L,P<0.01),白细胞Lpo和C_3则明显低于对照组(0.90±0.87Pmol/L和0.96±0.72g/L对1.57±1.29Pmol/L和1.69±0.70g/L,P<0.01),且和梗塞面积大小相关。提示白细胞可能参与急性缺血性脑损伤的病理生理,初步探讨了白细胞的作用机理和免疫激活途径。
